Studio condo sleeps two and features an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool overlooking canal, weight room, laundry facility, charcoal BBQ & picnic tables. Resort has a private fishing pier with immediate access to the Laguna Madre and offers boat docks upon availability for guests through office reservation.
We are located 1.3 miles to Beaches and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and Padre Island National Seashore.
Take a short picturesque drive on ocean drive along the downtown bay front area where you can visit the Texas state aquarium, USS Lexington museum, fine restaurants and much more!

Great place to stay for the weekend! Loved the small kitchen and the balcony. It was very clean and enjoyed the reserved parking spot as well. I would definitely be back again. The host did great at responding in a timely manner as well.

I booked this as a place to sleep and did not intend to spend a lot of time there and it was fine for that purpose. I gave the cleanliness 3 stars but the apartment itself was very clean. It was the common areas that needed help. Everything was a bit dated and in need of either replacement or a good scrubbing. I did not use the pool or go to that area so I cannot comment about that. Parking was good and the location is very handy to both Corpus and Port Aransas. The unit is small and best for one or two people. Everything I needed was working and the bed was comfortable.

Smaller than I expected. Shower head was way too low so was really hard to take a shower. Was quiet for the most part. Property a little run down but I understand it is an older property.

Other than a water main breaking-this is a perfect place for solo travelers. Janelle was very responsive and helpful. Will stay here again.

It was nice to have use of indoor pool because it was cold when we stayed over Christmas. Communication with Janelle was very good . Good location to everything !

Love this place! Indoor & Outdoor pools are awesome. Sitting on the dock in the back and watching the sunset every night is worth every second of it. Plus having a Whataburger for cheap & fast 24hr food nearby is a plus. It was our second time here and it was just as good as the first.

Perfect for a Beach Vacation!

Stay was amazing! Condo amenities were perfect, location was great and price is unbeatable for what you get. Having the option of an indoor pool & outdoor pool was great, loved spending our evenings fishing off of the dock. Would stay again if in the area!

Room was clean. Close to amenities minutes from beach. Host provided excellent room accommodations including extra pillows and blankets. The assigned parking was a very nice addition.

Really cute beach-themed condo. Nice view of water and street to entertain eyes from balcony. Also liked music from neighboring bar/restaurant patio on weekends. Enjoyed "dropping a line" from on-site boat docks each evening. Drive-on beaches are close and vast.

We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this unit again. This was our second trip to the island, and each time we visit we find ourselves getting more comfortable with the area. The location is fantastic—the proximity to the beach, local restaurants, and nightlife is incredibly convenient. We also appreciate that this side of the island feels friendlier and much less crowded than the Port Aransas side.The condo itself was very clean and felt cozy, homey, and secluded. The pool area and building have a unique, almost liminal or nostalgic character that we personally loved. While some guests may prefer a more modern or updated property, we really enjoyed the quiet charm and personality that this place offered.Janelle was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She made the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish.The only drawback (take this with a grain of salt) for us was the mattress. We found it quite uncomfortable, with a thin, springy feel that left us waking up with some shoulder and back aches. That said, we may simply be spoiled by the mattress we sleep on at home, and mattress comfort is always somewhat subjective.Overall, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. The location, cleanliness, atmosphere, and hospitality made for a wonderful trip. Highly recommended! Thank you so much ! -Matt and Callie

Great little place

Nice little condo at a great price. Plenty of amenities on property. Grounds are kept clean. Had a great stay in spite of a hurricane passing through.
