This is a yearly event for my wife and me. We enjoy fishing in the surf and just relaxing on the beach and the wife enjoys shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean, pool was nice and Roland our host answered all our questions very quickly.

Excellent host, excellent property! Very clean, close to beach, had everything we needed for a family of 6 (sheets, towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee, etc). Perfect stay!

The host was amazing, again. We rented the same property a year ago and loved it so much that we came back. We were within walking distance to the beach. Places to eat are also close. In the event a small grocery run is needed, there is a grocery store less than 5 minutes from the property.

Everything was great. The host even had a closet of beach/pool essentials and chairs for us to use. My one and only suggestion would be black out curtains in the bedrooms as the street lights were bright at night even through the blinds. But the host was great and the house was all we needed.

We had a great experience at our stay - all 7 of us (5 kids). It’s a great value and within walking distance of the beach. We did notice some water damage and a water drip above one of the bath tubs, and one roach showed up on our last day. Other than that, it was a nice, roomy, well-maintained place. The washer & dryer came in handy.

This is our 2nd time coming to Padre Island and staying at this condo complex. We love the heated pool and it was great going in the hot tub when the weather wasn’t so warm! It was very close to the beach which we like! I personally really like the fitness center. We like cooking at home so we were able to do that by staying at a condo instead of a hotel! We’ll definitely we back!
