The property and location is epic. If you are a bbq person the deck is awesome for an evening cocktail after a long day. Debra does a great job making you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend you spend the extra money instead of hotels. Seward is a destination that I have been enjoying for years. Great house with amazing view. Enjoy.

We had 10 adults and 1 child and this house accommodated all. The master bedroom upstairs shares a bathroom with another bedroom, would’ve preferred a private bathroom. Galley style kitchen is small for a big group. Otherwise it worked for us.

Perfect house for a large group

Wonderful view of the ocean. Loved the artwork throughout house! Everyone had a place to get away and recharge but the common area was large enough to accommodate everyone.

Great home for a large family

We enjoyed this property for our group of 8 adults and one baby. The location allowed for walking access to the aquarium and the pier and all the town has to offer in between. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cups and utensils for our group. The home is well-maintained with nice sized bedrooms and a large open family/dining area. It worked out well for our visit to the area.

Sewards incredible veiws

Not far from anywhere in the middle of town. H.S. Volleyball tourn that weekend. Many things to do and sightsee. Fishing charter as well. Great place to stay so everyone had their own private room, plus murphy bed, bathroom w/tub/shower n small kitchen, along with the main kitchen, enough space to accommodate a large party!

Had a great time

This is a beautiful well maintained property with all the amenties. Great view of Seward's Resurrection bay. Had a great assortment of kitchen tools. Would recommend and would definately stay again. Only negative was a 5:00 pm check-in and a 10:00 a.m. checkout. Seems a little over the top to me.

Great location. Property clean and kitchen well stocked. Easily walkable to all points in Seward. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was very convenient for a large family. Furniture was comfortable. Property manager was responsive when needed. It would have been nice to have access to laundry facilities at our convenience without having to schedule access with property manager.

Nice property for a family group

This is a nice property for a group of family units to stay at. Each room in the lower level has a nice little kitchenette and the upstairs room is conveniently located by the kitchen and living space. The only challenge I felt we encountered was ease of communication with the manager. We either had to call and hope to get ahold of the manager or message through VRBO, which wasn’t very responsive on the internet connection.

All emails received from VRBO go into our junk mail and the junk mail only downloads about once a day even thou we do go in and request it more often. If anyone does have a urgent need, we hope they will call us, not email us. We have a busy office with numerous properties, emails come second to phone calls. If we are on the phone or with a guest, and you call, you need to leave a message so we can call you back. Which we always do ASAP, even on our day off. The internet password is in four places in the house. We are sorry you did not read the information sheet where is information would logically be. Your complaint that you had to email or call us with your questions, is hard to understand as it is normal for a vacation rental to not have management directly on the premises. And it is strange that these things need to be explained. Thank you management

Lots of kitchenwares including two coffee makers! The best place for a family gathering. The hosts were responsive and everything was smooth and easy.We had an AMAZING experience!

Great Spot In Seward

We stayed here with our family of six plus grandparents and two other family members. The house was great. It was clean and centrally located to all we wanted to do. It was nice to just walk out the door to dinner and the waterfront! Would recommend!

wonderful stay in Seward

The home is beautiful - plenty big enough for our party of 8 adults to sleep in and sit in the living room. The view of the mountains across the bay is amazing! The home is very close to downtown Seward - walking distance. The beds are comfortable, and the home was very clean. There is not a washer/dryer on the property, but the owner has one available for the use (it's the one that is used to wash the sheets/towels used in the rental). The owners were quick to respond to our questions. One downside is that the kitchen has very limited pots/pans and baking sheets. It was hard to cook in due to the limited kitchen items such as sharp knives. There is a charcoal grill, but we could not find any grill utensils. But the home was a great place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again when in Seward.

Excellent stay!

Very easy to check in and make ourselves at home! Property is in excellent condition and very comfortable to stay in. Enough room for all of us to spread out. Could use some black out curtains/accessories in all bedrooms, but other than that a fantastic place to stay, we will definitely re-rent when we come back to the area.
