Each unit has a fully furnished kitchen, living areas, bathroom and 2 bedroom. Comfortable for up to 4 people with a queen bed and twin Murphy bed in each bedroom. Living room has TV, electric fireplace, massage chair, recliner love seat and chair. Fill with one of a kind decor with a warm friendly positive atmosphere. Outdoor seating with BBQ. If it is all about view for you, this is it. View! View! View!

Perfect location.I was looking for a place close to my son who lives in Seward. This apartment was just a few minutes walk from him. The view from the front door and window is beautiful. The host Debra gave us our space and privacy. She didn’t hover which is great because, like most people who choose to rent a house for their vacation stays rather than a hotel, I appreciate privacy .The check in is smooth and I love the artsy decor . The beds were clean and comfortable. Everything you would need is well stocked. I would definitely rent this place again for my next visit.

This was a very nice property, Convenient to everything with a great view of the bay and harbor. The apartment was clean,well furnished, and quiet. My only suggestion would be a mat in the shower as the floor was a bit slippery and at our age, those things are noticed. I'll add that Debra was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend..

Had a very nice stay in this apartment. Fantastic view of the mountains and water, and within 15-20 minutes walking distance of both the harbor and downtown Seward. Nice to have the walking path near the shore as well. The apartment itself is nice, with cute artwork on the cupboards and tables. Took a little time to figure out the heat, but there's a dial in one of the bedrooms. I would suggest some minor improvements to the kitchen; the stools at the kitchen counter are too tall, and the fold-out table extension for that counter could be sturdier and more level. But overall these are minor things relative to the quality of the apartment and its location.

A week in Seward

The property was nice. View was excellent. Good place to stay as long as you are planning on eating out everyday for every meal. Kitchen was lacking with space, and dishware for only 5 people.

Place was recently rehabbed. We loved the artistic and positive vibe in the unit. We were so happy to have access to the washer and dryer on premise. The view of the bay and sitting on the patio balcony were excellent. Close to fishing charters.....will rent AGAIN

Excellent stay!

Great location, clean, had good essentials, checkin was so easy! The beds were very comfortable. The linens were nice. The only minor hiccup was that the listing advertised laundry and to use it, you had to coordinate a time with the owner. Debra was very responsive and I’m sure it wouldn’t have been a problem, but our schedule was a bit hit or miss so we chose to wait until our next stop in AK. Overall, great stay!

A Gem!

This is an exceptional place and will be my go-to now when in Seward. Updated interior, clean, fully furnished apt including full kitchen, living room, large bathroom and separate bedrooms. Quiet; heard very little noise from other units. It took us several walks through each room to explore and study all the personal Alaskan touches and unique furnishings. Fabulous view of the bay; we watched cruise ships turn right in front of our bay window. Watch the boats and birds right out your window. We were so content and comfortable we didn't even care if we left the unit. Right in between downtown and the harbor. Walk right down to the water front. Sit on the balcony with your coffee watching the bay marine activity. Wonderful place.

Nice view well stocked place

Beautiful view from the deck. I was lucky enough to get a second story unit. Two bedrooms with queen beds and both have full size Murphey beds too! Coffee tea and sugar there already. Bring spices and ask if you can use the BBQ. I didn't use it but wish I had. Good stay with a great host.

Great location with amazing bay views!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Woke up to the sound of the waves and beautiful views each morning. Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are outside of unit in shared space.

Fate brought me to Seward in 1980. Seward was so beautiful, I am still here. In 1995 I started working with vacation rentals. Now our portfolio ranges from romantic one room units for couples, to wonderful refurbished WWII quonset huts just a block from the water, to 2 bedrooms suites to a 3-4 bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms. Bay Watch is our newest and most exciting addition. We are really looking forward to sharing it with our future guests.

Seward is a small historical town, with warm friendly people. The town's lay out is very easy to understand, everything is less then 10 minutes away. Everywhere you look you see amazing views. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, the activities are endless. If you just want to sit, relax and enjoy the views, you will find them to be endless.

This property is as close as you can be to Resurrection Bay and be in town. So it is the best of both worlds. People have told me they have seen whales, otters, sea lions and eagles right from their living room chair. You can sit in comfort and watch all the activities on the bay, such as sailing, kayaking, tug boats, barges, cruise lines, charter fishing boats, commercial fishing boats, tour boats, all going out for the day to experience the Kenai Fjords.
