Our condo is exactly what you need to wow your family and friends! Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea. The town of Fajardo is just only 30 miles from the San Juan International Airport.
This spacious and very comfortable condo has been beautifully updated with all new quality furnishings and amenities; bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach toys, tennis rackets, basketball and board games. The condo development has three pools, full gym, 2-mile walking/running trail, basketball court and tennis court.

This neighborhood is surrounded by various attractions. We are located across from Villa Marina and Puerto Chico marina, which offer a variety of tours and trips, boat rentals, Jet Ski rentals, etc. We are also close to the ferry that goes to Culebra and Vieques. Seven Seas Beach is a 5 min drive down the same road as the complex. Las Croabas is a 10 min drive which is where you will find the bio bay tours as well as kayaking and water taxis to Palomino and Icacos Island. OFFROAD PUERTO RICO – Fajardo UTV Tours - HC-67, Box 20095, 9477 PR, Fajardo, 00738, Puerto Rico. Luquillo beach and the famous kioskos are only a 15 min drive. El Yunque Rain Forest is close 20 min drive.
You will find a great selection of restaurants nearby. Costa Mia, La Estación, and Passion Por El Fogon are some of our favorites! Reach out for specific recommendations.
Peña Mar Ocean Club is a well-secured complex with 24-hour security. It features its own emergency power generator and water cisterns, which are useful in case of power/water outage.
We are also conveniently located near supermarkets, drug stores, Walmart, Kmart, etc.

One of our new favorite VRBOs

We very much enjoyed our stay this week with Edwin and Julia. They were wonderful to work with and the condo was even better than pictured. The views are amazing, the rooms are spacious…it had everything we could have needed including beach gear. We will add their place to our list of places to revisit! Thank you!!

Great Condo is picture perfect

Exceptional condominium home located in a wonderful location. The two pools are of very high quality, and everyone is really nice. It is safe and secure to be on the property. There was plenty of space in the bedroom, and the beds were really comfortable. Edwin, we are grateful that you have shared this lovely home with us. This property meet all our needs especially having beach supplies, chairs towels, umbrella, cooler bag, floats and sand toys too. We had a small glitch the first night with no hot water but we texted the owner and he got back to us immediately, the water was shut off so we just had to turn on the valve, the outside veranda was great with great views. Having the washer dryer was super. I would recommend this unit.

Wonderful condo

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo, secure location and great pools. The location was only a short drive to the activities we had planned which was nice. Only wished we had 2 sets of keys as we had 4 adults and you need the keys regularly. Would definitely come back to this location—our adult children agreed

Beautiful condo

Condo was clean and comfortable. Great that beach chairs, bags and cooler provided. Pools very refreshing. Just need to have a vehicle.

This is a great condo that is just as described. It's in the perfect location on the eastern side of Puerto Rico. Close to the beaches, the rain forest, and so many other things. Close to great food and local favorites.

Fantastic location!

The property is just as you see it on the website! It's absolutely beautiful, clean and the location is incredible, and the owners are so responsive for anything you might need. Beautiful views of the ocean and the marina. The property is central to restaurants, shopping, and different activities. When we go back to Puerto Rico, we will certainly try to rent this unit If it is available. Thank you so much Edwin and Julia.

Wonderful location and great property!

This place was amazing and the location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and furnished well. There was even beach chairs and a cooler, which came in handy. The size of the apartment was big enough for 4 adults and very quiet too. The pool was amazing and had a waterslide, the only down side to that was the apartment complex turned off the waterslide at 6pm and the pool hours were from 8a-10pm. Edwin was easy to reach and Lydia was very helpful too. I would definitely stay here again. It's very safe and there's 24hr security. The location and all the restaurants around the area really exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much

Professionalism and Hospitality

This was really a great experience. We were very impressed with Mr Edwin's condominium. The pictures online seemed too good to be true. But, in reality, the pictures didn't show the attention to detail that was impressed within the rental. It was immaculate. Edwin responded to each and every text within minutes. I would definitely love to stay there again. Great job Edwin!.... Oh yeah, my wife just reminded me to mention that the electrical generator worked well during the few hours that the main electricity was down. You just can't go wrong renting this condominium. The apartment building is new. Fajardo is beautiful. We spent 5 hours at the seven seas beach which is just about seven minutes away....a really beautiful beach. Thanks again Edwin for your professionalism and hospitality. God bless.

Great Stay

Ed & Julia My wife and I have been staying at the “Peña Mar Ocean Club” for over 10 years. We’ve stayed at various condo’s at this location. We stayed at one particular condo for over 5 years straight. Some condos are maintained better than others. The Peña Mar ocean Club located in Fajardo is extremely safe. Located in a gated secured community with security guards. My favorite beach “Luquillo beach” and the “Yunke rain forest” is only 15 minutes away by car. Supermarket and gas station’s nearby. This summer we booked with Edwin & Julia. Best decision ever. Edwin & Julia’s beautiful and well maintained condo is by far the best condo we’ve ever stayed in Puerto Rico. Edwin & Julia are fast to respond to our questions and issues. It was a pleasure dealing with them. We highly recommend Edwin & Julia’s condo to all. We look forward to many future stays at this beautiful condo. Our thanks Edwin & Julia God bless

Beyond our Expectations!!!!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Peña Mar is very nice. Security doesn’t play and made us feel very safe. Our hosts know know how to make you feel like your in a home away from home. We were totally pleased and plan on coming back regularly.

Wonderful place to stay!

The check in process and communication was a breeze and so easy. Beautiful location overlooking the water. This place was very safe and secure. The condo was spacious, clean, and overall a wonderful place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this place!

Awesome location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo and location were great. It was very spacious and my favorite part was the balcony especially at night. Love that it is gated and has security 24/7. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place

The condo was beautiful and just as pictured. Location was close to many beaches, but you will need a car if you are staying here. Short walk to the closest pool with only a few chairs, and just a little further to the larger pool with more seating. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot with a gorgeous view. Only things that were a bit harder to navigate is there were 2 couples, but only 1 set of keys to access the building, condo and pool. So if we wanted to divide we had to make sure the key situation was figured out. Not a huge issue but did make for some rearranging of plans a couple days. Pools were great!
