Caribbean bliss!

We had a lovely week at Gias! It was clean, modern and had all of the amenities we could want! The in unit laundry was a bonus! We loved the proximity to both Playa Azul and Luquillo beach! Thank you Gia for the recommendations for dining and activities—we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Stay

The place was perfect- comfy bed, AC in all rooms, nice shower, smart TVs, well-stocked kitchen, great view, super close to the beach (just outside the property gate). The host was super easy to communicate with and had the most wonderful suggestions and tips.

Awesome home base for excursions and beautiful beach

Our family loved our stay here! The apartment looks out to the playa azul, which was a wonderful beach with few people, clean sand, and super warm beautiful water. We did day trips to El Yunque and Culebra and the location was perfect! Gia was a wonderful host and has a lovely place!

Great Location!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. We appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. Our kids loved the beach just across the street since it had great waves for boogie boarding. The condo is in a great location, so every place we wanted to visit was between 10 and 20 minutes away.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The beach being right out the back door is just perfect. The kids really enjoyed luquillo beach and most of the time we had it practically to ourselves! We really enjoyed the food kiosks as well just a 2 minute car ride away! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful condo with ocean view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and want to return. It exceeded our expectations. We found great restaurants to walk to and a grocery store across the street.

Highly recommend this property!!

Our stay at Gia's property was everything we hoped it would be - lovely space in a very secure property with a very friendly and accommodating staff and neighbors. We did need to reach out to Gia a couple of times during our stay and her responses were quick and helpful. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in beautiful Puerto Rico!

Beautiful condo, great location, responsive hostess

This condo was perfect for my husband and my parents. It is well cared for, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We didn’t use the complex amenities, but they appeared to be well maintained. Hostess was very responsive and attended to all our inquiries.

Million dollar view. awesomeness...just phenomenal stay

Excellent location, and accommodations. Just beautiful. Host responsiveness excellent. Peaceful, with all our needs within walking distance. Gated community, we could not have asked for more. The unit itself had a peacefulness aura about it. Dont mean to sound over the top but this was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic location - great host

Excellent location for our family stay on the beach. Gia was a great host - responded to our questions quickly and had great suggestions for the area. Condo was in a great location, right on the beach, very modern, clean and we appreciated the beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. - everything we needed. It was also great to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The staff at the condo are also very kind and welcoming. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance, and a convince store. A grocery store is a very quick drive or a walk away. Also the beach is literally across a very quiet street. Luquillo was the perfect location to explore El Yunque, Fajardo, the surrounding beaches and a day trips to other parts of the island. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful, well-equipped, great view.

We have stayed in 5 different condos in this building over the last few years. This is the nicest one of all. The interior is very clean and modern, the beds are good, and it is very well equipped for your stay and for the beach. Gia is a pleasure to work with and everything was smooth checking in and out. The security of Play Azul is great, and this is in the best building, closest to the beach. We will rebook for next year, thank you Gia!

Two adult couples found this property to be just what we were looking for. Compact and quiet with comfortable accommodations, including bedrooms/baths on opposite sides of the living area for privacy. Easy beach access and lovely views. Besides driving to Old SJ one day, everything we wanted to do was close and easy to find. Gia provided just enough information and recommendations, and was quick to respond when we had questions. We recommend this unit and should we visit again would not hesitate to book again. Thank you to our host.

Very nice unit

Everything was as expected/pictured. Very clean. Two things that could be improved upon, but wouldn’t make a difference in our review- there was no hot water, only warm and there was only one set of keys. Thanks Gia!!

Family Vacation July 2023

I have to say I was very impressed with this condo, it’s exactly as the pictures, everything you need is inside for a comfortable vacation. Very close to everything and 30 minutes from the airport. Supermarket across the street, beach and it’s amazing views are your backyard from the 2nd floor apt. Security 24/7 and gated . My only small issue is the Iron and Ironing board it needs to be bigger and better, the iron is old and burn a couple of our clothing’s, Other than that I will definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing you amazing Condo with us.

Excellent place to stay with a million dollar view of the most beautiful turquoise.

Enjoyed our stay in the beautiful condo immensely. Although we thought it was right on the beach, the was just a short walk across a dead end cul de sac so it was very easy to get to without much traffic. The owner, Gia, was very responsive and even sent her housekeeper to check the Kuerig Coffee maker as we couldn’t get it to work. Turns out, you can use regular K-cups in it, rather just put coffee grounds in the filter provided and all was good. Beach was beautiful but had a lot of seaweed on it so not the best place to swim. If you are looking to relax in a beautifully appointed condo in a convenient location with superb views, this is the place!
