Beautifully top to bottom renovated condo in the 20th floor beachfront access. Two bedrooms king bed each with private bathroom. Spectacular views throughout the space. 3 AC's, 2 Tvs 55 inches, sun lounges at the largest balcony available in the building. Beach chairs and towels are available. Free parking available inside the complex. 35 min from SJU airport. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Family friendly helpful staff on site. Centrally located lose to El Yunque, ferries and more.

This was a perfect place for our stay in Puerto Rico. The location was great. We could walk to restaurants, it was close to the rain forest and we were right on the beach.

My family and I stayed at Jer's place for my moms 60th birthday. Great spot with amazing views. Host had everything we needed and the space was very clean! I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was safe, clean and close to Luquillo Beach. The washer and dryer worked well and the beach supplies were a bonus.

The property was wonderful. Kind people all throughout, workers and people living there. The owner was very responsive. It was such a beautiful view & we loved hearing the ocean noises.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and it was a perfect jumping off location for us to explore all the wonderful things to see on the east side of Puerto Rico. There is a wonderful cafe/bakery right around the corner from the condo called Panderri that we can't recommend enough.

This place was awesome! Such good proximity to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. The place was spotless and had all the basics you’d need! The pool was great. We felt safe the entire time and would love to stay here again! The view was also great.

Nice condo-just steps to the beach. Can’t beat the view from the balcony. Nice to have beach chairs and beach towels available. Good communication with host.

AC was great. The apartment was clean, however low on supplies. We bought detergent to wash clothes. We bought extra TP and PT. Left all the supplies behind. The cupboards had two dirty cups. Back sliding door lock was broken so we slept with the sliding door unlocked. One of the master bedrooms door lock was broken The owner provides you with his phone # however he never answers the phone. The condo faces the unkept cemetery and highway. We were told not to create noise since they have old residents living there. Our last night it was noisy with a musical event across the street. The best part was waking up to the sound of the ocean which was our view. Upon check out the owner had the nerve to ask us if we had taken the remote control to the AC in one of the bedrooms. We used the one in the living room to control the AC in the MB and living room . The building is run down. Not worth staying here

Happy you found that the AC was great, that the apartment was clean and that the best part was waking up to the sound of the ocean which was our view. Locks are not broken, it was a loose screw which is tight now after reading this feedback. I think there was an language barrier with the guest; after checkout one of the remotes for the AC was lost, so we asked her where was it placed or check whether it was packed unintentionally, by mistake. It is not uncommon that guests take by mistake keys, remotes or other specially with kids. It could happen and it is not a big deal, but she thought we were blaming her, which was never the case. I think she didn’t understand the message. The remote was never found and we got a replacement already.
