Cozy ground floor unit of this duplex can accommodate up to 4 people, (or 10 if rented with the unit above; 421 Beach). Easy beach access, just off the Promenade, right in the heart of Seaside and downtown. Steps to the Turnaround, downtown, shopping, arcades and restaurants. Living room has flat screen TV with cable, free wifi, dining area, complete kitchen and laundry. Each bedroom has a Queen bed. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Back yard is fenced, and shared with both units and includes outdoor seating, and BBQ. Each unit has parking for 2 cars.
Pets are ok with approval and $75 non refundable pet fee. 1 pet only. You will be charged after your reservation has been confirmed and the pet is approved.

The location of the property was awesome! We were able to walk to many different places to eat and it was a quick walk to the promanade.We really enjoyed our stay.

The home is roomy and has a kitchen with everything you might need. The location is close to all the local attractions and just steps from the beach and the promenade, which was great. Just a short drive to both Astoria and Cannon Beach if you want to explore different areas. We had a really nice time and would recommend it to others.

Nice little place, comfortable and convenient to downtown. The only real issue is that it is infested with ants in the kitchen.

This was the perfect spot for my little family to celebrate Mother’s Day! Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Cute backyard to play. Overall great.

Great location! It is a short walk to the beach and all the main shops and restaurants. We rented the bottom unit and my son's family had the top apartment. It was nice to share the backyard with them and great for our dog! We already want to return next year!

Bathroom toilet is narrow. Worst thing about the place is pooping at an angle. However, everything else about the place is great. Two blocks to the arcade or beach, two-five blocks for food/drinks, and Safeway is less than a mile away in case you forgot anything for your vacation. Fantastic little getaway.

The house was cozy and cute, with comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and a great yard for the kids to run. The location was supreme - a block to downtown and to the beach. We're looking forward to visiting again!

Perfect place for a family getaway!

The description was very accurate. The kitchen is well stocked, lovely backyard, excellent location, comfortable and clean. Lots of games provided for family fun too.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and being so close to everything in downtown Seaside. Our only complaint is that there is only a loveseat and chairs in the living room.

Great little house. Perfect for us and our two pups. Very clean and everything you need. Love the fenced yard and how easy check in and out is. Our friends decided to come last minute and there was plenty of room for another couple as well. We will be back!

Clean house and very spacious for my family of four. Looking at the gigantic condominiums, we felt spoiled. Private parking is a must when amoungst other tourists and having your own designated spot in front of the cottage is wonderful. Price was on the money. No complaints...I honestly dont know what complaints there'd be!

Best Seaside location

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 3 and pup! We took advantage of the amazing location and walked everywhere during our 4 day stay! We got lucky with weather and even Enjoyed time sitting in the fenced backyard playing! We look forward to our next stay here!

Great location, a must stay if you bring your four legged fur baby with you!

Easy check in process, fully stocked with everything you need for the kitchen. Great location, 1 block from the beach and can walk anywhere to restaurants/pubs/coffee shops. The fully fenced yard is great for anyone bringing fur babies with them. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying there our next time!
