Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located near beach, restaurants and the Promenade. Situated on the first fairway of the Seaside Golf Course with views of the southern mountains. Gourmet kitchen, granite counters, cherry cabinets. Perfect living area with large living room, gas fireplace, dining room, gas BBQ and large deck with hot tub and Plexi-glass windbreak to view the golf course. Living room has flat screen TV with expanded cable package including music channels. Master bedroom with King Bed is on the main floor with cable TV/DVD. Master bathroom has shower, plus separate large bath. The half bath and laundry room are on the main floor as well. Upstairs you will find both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has a King bed plus a twin day bed with flat screen TV. 3rd bedroom has Queen and 2 twin beds. The 2nd full bathroom is also upstairs and is a tub/shower combo. 2 Pets OK with $75 non refundable pet fee per pet . The house is fully fenced. Sleeps 9 maximum with parking for 3 cars.

Family girls getaway to the coast

Suited our needs perfectly. 3 generations meant that we appreciated the ground floor master bedroom and general accessibility. The lofted kitchen/dining/great room made for cozy time together cooking, eating, chatting, gaming, reading, and watching movies. Great beach access and it was nice to stay a bit away from the promenadeCrowds but within easy walking distance. Everything worked as advertised, checkout procedures were pretty minimal. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Property

The only thing that could have made it better was if the view was the ocean instead of the golf course :). Great property that is well appointed/equipped. Spotlessly clean very nice rooms. We had 6 adults and 3 children (two teens) and had plenty of room for all. Hot tub worked perfectly. The deck was large and had plenty of chairs. Location is a short walk to the beach and town center is about a 2 min. drive away. Very quiet street with ample parking on the property. I highly recommend this property for a family get away.

Great Place.

The property is in a great location, had everything you would need to stay for a week. Very comfortable. There was dog hair on the comfortor in the master bedroom. We pulled it off and used our own blankets. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and hope to stay there again.

A great spot for a family vacation

A great location for a family of mostly golfers. The house is beautiful and worked well for our group. We will definately be back.

Just a little bummed

Overall it was fine. The hit tub was cold and didn't heat up until tge second day. We ran out of propane while cooking burgers. The upstairs shower drains slow. We were there on Christmas weekend. The property owner did give us 100 bucks back for the cold tub. I'm fine with it but the rest of the group is a little more bummed than I am. I guess it is what it is. We did solely book the place because it had a hot tub and a grill. And then two things that we were stoked about not working, kinda bummed.

Perfect location for golfing

The condo was in a great location on the golf course. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and the promenade.

Nice Seaside vacation home

Very nice property. Easy to find. Small market and restaurants/cafes within walking distance. Big enough for a good sized family or group of friends. Large well equipped kitchen. Nice deck with hot tub. Deck backs up to golf course so watch out for errant tee shots. LOL

Seaside VRBO Rental Experience

We totally enjoyed ourselves staying at this place. It is a very nice place, but with a comfortable feeling to it. It was not so clean as to make you feel uncomfortable, if you know what I mean. The kitchen is stocked very well with dishes, etc; Then bathrooms have plenty of extra towels. There is lots of extra bedding. It is pet friendly. Very easy keyless access. It is in a nice neighborhood with a very short walk to the shore. You can also adjust the heat for day/night comfort which was really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

At the beach

It was disappointing to have a late check-in. The house wasn't ready and housekeeping was still at the house when we arrived. Property manager had to help with finishing up. We were told it was because there where so many new arrivals that day and there weren't enough crew to get all the houses ready. Kind of sad there aren't enough employees to keep up with the demand. However, Erin (property manager?) was understanding, helped where she could, and bought pizza dinner for our family as a compensation for the inconvenience of getting into the house late. I had to call the next day for 'supplies' to be restocked, as well. (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) The cookware needs to be replaced. It's old and cracked. We had to use the electric skillet to cook meals. Also, there wasn't a bath mat for the upstairs bathroom. We enjoyed the size of the home and back patio. Nice to have the hot tub, as well. Great location for the beach and the neighborhood. Hope things are remedied soon. Would like to use this service again in the future. Debbie Young 253-874-5108

Nice and quiet and quick walk to the beach

We had a great time at this place. We especially liked the quick access to the promenade and a quieter part of the beach. About a mile walk into downtown Seaside. Hamilton Market was also a nice perk.

Nice house beware of golfballs

Overall a fun trip house is very cute and very nice. nice view of the golf course. We had a dog with us so the few blocks walk to the beach was nice. close enough to town/main promenade was a plus. Negatives: the first full day we were there we realised that in the spring summer you would have to be aware of golfers because even though it wad windy/overcast we heard a couple golf bals hit the house and bounce down to the deck every hour and a half or so first couple suprised us. maybe should get a warning on that one. Also the hot tub was unusable so paying a hot tub fee sucked. when we got there hot tob was 44 degrees and when we tried to warm it up it would turn itself back up. management sent out a repaireman who discovered the pump was cycling air so he fixed it and said it would take several hours to heat up the tub. this was at 930/10 at night. our first night. Hot tub was not ready until 1135pm our second/last night meaning we really didnt get to use it since the management requests no hot tub use after 10. also it seems we had to do part of the cleaning crews job with offloading an entirely full dishwasher and replugging in all the tvs/cable boxes in the bedrooms and reprogramming them so we could use them. the master bath toilet seat also had a crack in it (it wasnt a show stopper but definitely an annoyance) and the flusher handle was cracked so when you flushed it would look like it was going to break off. overall still a nice vacation. would rent again.

Cute spot close to the beach

Cute little spot, easy walking distance to the beach. I messaged the host beforehand to ensure the hot tub would be working, and someone would go through and tidy up before we arrived. I was impressed with how clean everything was. Nice little hot tub on the back deck.
