For a quick stay to Florida to visit family it was ok. Definitely not the cleanest place but convenient to everything we needed and served its purpose for a short stay.

Everything was as advertised great location and close to Publix Walmart and the 192 where every restaurant known to man is located. We loved sitting out by the pool making new friends.

We had an enjoyable 3 week stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. One of the pools (with the hot tub) was in a great location to the condo. The elevator is also very convenient. The condo was clean when we checked in and had a good selection of kitchen items. We will return!

Very nice property

Very nice, quiet property off the beaten path but still close to the major attractions. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip.

Carpets in both bedrooms were very dirty, when we contacted the owner they were cleaned right away, but they need to be replaced. The unit was well stocked everything else was good. Only other problem were the flies when we were on the deck!

Everything we needed plus

Just my wife and staying here and it was everything we wanted. Resort was quite pool was wonderful, and the people were friendly. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this condo! Very clean and well stocked. It has all the comforts of home. Great quiet area. Very nice pools. It's super close to everything you could need.

We had an amazing time. This property was very clean with everything we needed. Quick communication, the host even checked in with us during the week. I would highly recommend this property. We couldn’t be happier!! We would love to rent again!!

Very nice condo with all the amenities we needed. We stayed for a month and brought our dog. Pet friendly complex, quiet area tucked away just off the road. The complex had 2 pools that were well maintained and one has a jacuzzi and the other pool had a nice kids area with water features. Conveniently located to a Publix and restaurants and convenience stores. Short drive to Walt Disney World that we took advantage of. Check in was super easy and the host is very quick to respond to any questions or needs you have. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful, relaxing stay

The condo was clean, and exactly as described on-line. The pool was nice (we used the one by the condo), although the chairs get taken early, so be prepared to get down to grab your spots. Publix was right there so easy to grab groceries. Lots of restaurants. Pretty quiet which was great for days I had to work. Wifi was great and was a strong signal. Overall, nice facility. Would come again.

Pros: pet friendly, elevators, easy parking, room has most of the amenities needed. Love having a balcony. Room was relatively clean and comfortable with a few minor exceptions. Opportunities to make it better: these could all be addressed for a few hundred bucks and would hugely improve experience1. shower needs a caddy no where to put shampoo and conditioner except the floor. 2. Tv in master bedroom is so small and not smart and no good cable channels, cheap to buy a small smart tv. 3. Need either a luggage buttler or something at foot of bed so luggage doesn’t have to sit on the floor. 4. The only mention i could find of there needing to be a key card for the pools was the mention of a fee for losing it, this should be made more prominent, it caused quite the hot inconvenience. 5. Provide pool towels not just vath towels. All minor stuff easily would make this room top notch.

TLC required

Everything you need is provided.A little tlc wouldn't go amiss.Really dirty carpets in bedrooms.Shower full of mould.Walls full of scuff marks.Felt really dark inside.Some soft cushions needed for settees.

Wonderful time in Davenport

All in all we had a great stay in this condo! Stacey was great and was very quick to respond to all my questions! If I had anything negative to say it would be that the carpeting in the condo desperately needs to be replaced and that the noise from the traffic on the street that runs along this condo was very loud at times (out of her control). It would also be great if a comfortable chair was available in the living room! Everything else was as described in rental ad!!! Met some great people at this complex and at the pool and would definitely stay here again😀

Great unit, nice condo property

Been in a number of these units. The unit is pretty standard for the most part. As advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Couple small things we liked we haven't seen in other units: A wall mounted tablet like thing for getting local information, we're familiar with the area so we didn't use it much but likely great if your new to the area. Roku TV is nice upgrade from standard cable. The code pad lock vs many that use lockbox with key. Electric bbq. Lots of towels Bunk bed and pullout third bed under the bunk. (this might depend on who's staying but for our kids this was prefect) One potential upgrade would be the master mattress. It wasn't bad, just basic spring mattress, pillow top mattress would have been more preferable.
