AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Stay at the Ilikai review

The stay was wonderful. The property was well maintained, clean, and had all necessary amenities for our 8 day stay. We were very pleased and hope to come back soon!

Most Affordable Condo in Waikiki

We absolutely loved staying in this condo in Waikiki. It was clean , centrally located , and had a perfect view and balcony to eat meals on overlooking the city.

Great stay!

The location is great. You get to see the fireworks next-door on Fridays without the extra expense. You are close to shops and the beach. It is perfect and affordable.

Best Vacation Stay Ever

It was amazing! The parking stalf amazing. The property was super clean. All the other guests were super friendly. It was a short walk to lots of places. Bills Ice Cream dish stairs was great. It was so nice to have the ability to cook dinner for my family.

Lovely!!

The street side was a bit noisy but it didn’t bother us much cause we were so tired and ready for a good night rest!! Fell right to sleep. Central area and walking distance to beach and shopping mall. Nice restaurants weren’t hard to find walking distance. Condo was well stocked with amenities!! Just right for the two of us!! I would stay there again!

Hawaii rental

The unit was just as noted- clean and tidy- owner should have welcome basket for guest with coffee/ sugar/ creamer for first morning - also should be noted that there is a free library in the lobby to borrow books & donate books- the balcony is facing a very noisy street, sirens/fire engines/ police all day and night- at most beaches you cannot rent chairs or umbrellas- the hotel has some to rent but 20$ per chair 20$ for umbrella per day- stores in hotel are very expensive- cheaper to go to Walmart for souvenirs and food shopping - staff was very nice and polite- Lynne & Dana

Perfection!

Aloha! We were thrilled to arrive on a Sunday evening to find this property ready, clean and precisely as advertised! Check-in was a breeze since we were provided the door keypad code several days prior to arrival, via email. The kitchen is fully functional and well outfitted for cooking meals and eating in. Located on the northern end of Waikiki, and a short walk to Ala Moana Park, this was a lovely, quiet place to land. If you want to party, a short stroll away will find you in the center of all the action, shopping, bars/restaurants and busy Waikiki beaches. We're already planning the "next time we come" with our plans to stay here again! Mahalo ~ ~ ~ ~

Overall a good place to stay.

Cons: The location of the unit is faced towards the street making it tough to get some rest/sleep at night time due to the noise. The bathroom sink was draining very slowly during our stay as well. Pros: The mattress was comfy, the linens, and the unit as a whole were comfortable and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were updated. The staff was responsive to my email when I had a question. The location is nearby restaurants and stores, there is a lagoon and beach that is within walking distance. (We rented a car for our one week stay to explore the island, make sure to plan ahead of time or leave early to drive if part of your itinerary is to explore other beaches due to traffic: a 35 minute drive can sometimes turn in to an hour or more drive). It was a good place to stay overall, for the price of what I've paid for during the time I booked it.

Good Location; full kitchen; easy access to beaches, shopping in Waikiki

My brother just got out of the hospital for cancer surgery. We were there so I could care for him while he recovered. We were not there for pleasure. Aside from big city noise, these accommodations worked well for us. Since most of our time was spent in the condo, it was great to have a full kitchen, easy access to the beach (walked daily) and to groceries (FOODLAND Pantry, ABC, Ala Moana Mall; Costco & Whole Foods nearby); and quiet when sliding glass doors were closed. Although we used the Valet parking a few times, it was also good to have free parking nearby when we could get it. Although the condo was cleaned when we arrived, by the tim e I walked around about an hour barefoot, my feet were very dirty on the bottom. I ended up mopping the condo several times while we were there. The sleeper sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable; a bar near the head end was felt constantly through the very worn mattress, and the mattress sunk in the middle. It was convenient for me to unhook the cable and hook up my computer with my own HDMI cable for streaming from my computer (Amazon and Netflix). We rarely used the air conditioner, most often just the fan. The remote control did not work so I just manually turned it off and on (the remote may just need new batteries). I did fix meals but did the dishes by hand because there were so few. So I cannot say how the dishwasher might work. We were thankful for having this condo at this time. My brother lives in Wainae but this was more convenient for doctor visits etc. - closer to his hospital Kaiser Permanente Mauna Lua. Overall it was a pleasant place to be for recovery.

Prime location

I live on Oahu and was having a stay cation when my boyfriend and his mother visited. Everything was great, easy check in, prime location (ramp to the beach) and nice hotel with 2 pools! My only complaint was the bed blanket was dirty and the sheet had a stain. They also only provided one roll of toilet paper for 3 people staying a week. BUT with all that I would still recommend this place to anyone staying on Oahu.

Great unit, lacking enough amenities

I thought the unit was great, clean, but its hard to grasp that there were only two towels per person in the room (four total).
