Luxury Ilikai Ocean and Fireworks View Condo

Excellent lagoon/ocean/beach views as well as perfect location to view fireworks on Friday evenings. NEW laminated flooring installed as of Sep 2026 (Please see updated photos)! This unit has two comfortable double beds, a 2019 full size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, free wireless work desk and a comfortable large 120sf lanai to watch the surfers and swimmers at world famous Waikiki Beach. Flat screen TV, dvd and an internet work desk in the living area. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances (oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker) and most what anyone needs for simple meals after a hard day at the beach or hiking. The granite bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower and hair dryer provided. Computer writing desk allows you to have a comfortable work space to do your work while listening to the ocean waves.

*There is an ongoing project at the building for spalling repairs and painting. This stack is scheduled to be repaired sometime between end of June 2027 to the beginning of July 2027. This may affect usage of the lanai and result in construction noise during the day between 9 am-5 pm (sometimes as early as 8 am for weather)

The Ilikai is literally steps from the beach and includes a pool, bellman and valet service and Cinnamons Restaurant famous for their breakfast on the foyer level.

Parking is not included, please see below for the options for parking:

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking (max 24 hrs). You can pay with card or on your phone. To pay with the parking machine just enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.

Avoid the Illikai ! This place is so bad people advertise it as a luxury apartment and don’t put the name . It’s a building from yesteryear . Dirty , old , no service and expensive.

Hi Chris, I'm sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at the Ilikai. Just to make it clear, due to the storm you canceled your booking at our unit and did not stay with us. I understand you were not happy with your time at the Ilikai but this is not a fair review for our specific unit. Especially since you did not stay in our unit due to the storm. Thank you.

The view was the best thing about the unit. There was limited supplies and was not very clean . The dishes had old food on them there was blood on a pillow case and it had a smell.

If you had let me know as soon as you noticed I would have taken care of these issues and replaced anything that was not thoroughly cleaned. This unit was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the restaurant for burgers to go and breakfast was yummy. The beds were comfy and the ac kept us comfortable. The patio was lovely for watching the surfers. Thank you

Really nice place. Clean. Set up with info guests need. Suppliers were good like paper goods and towels, soaps etc. Ac was good.Cons:No charging place for phones etc.Bring your own.Stove would not cook on it. Foil on burners n oven. Foil could catch fire. It smoked a little when i tried to warm something so didn't use.Could use Glasses different sizes. Some like in wine glasses.

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of 3. Clean, stocked with towels and beach amenities and the lanai and ocean view to watch the surfers every day was our favorite! It was also comfy and quiet at night, we all slept great!

The room was nice, but some appliances could use some updating. The AC unit needs to be cleaned. The check in process was a little hairy because the code wouldn't work, but thankfully the host was very quick to respond and we ended up just using her code to get in. Gorgeous view of the water and close to what ever you need in Waikiki.
