This large, fully furnished, one-bedroom with additional Queen pull out bed in living room and one-bath condo is on the 34th floor at the Waikiki Banyan. The private bedroom can be configured as a king bed or 2 twin beds. This extra large corner unit features epic ocean views. Free parking and high speed Wifi. The kitchen was recently redecorated. Brand new upgraded air conditioner. Upgraded queen size sofa bed and lounge chairs in living room. The condo comes with free unassigned parking.
The condo accommodates up to four guests. Private living room provides Waikiki Beach views and Diamond head views. Amenities include air-conditioning, an ocean facing lanai with new furniture, upgraded HD cable TV with streaming apps, and a phone with unlimited free local calls. There is free high speed wireless inter-net access. Additionally, there is a full kitchen. The unit was recently redecorated with new Hawaiian furniture, flooring, fresh paint, vanity, drapes, & tiles in the bathroom as well as plush new bedding.
Waikiki Beach is just one block away. As is all the shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. This is a great romantic getaway and or a fabulous family vacation.
The building's private 6th floor offers a large newly renovated recreation deck with beautiful heated pool, 3 spas and a sauna. This is paradise.

A lovely place to stay

The location of the condo is an asset - close to everything you need, plus the beautiful ocean view. It’s nice and cozy to stay. I wish I stayed longer in Oahu, which has better spots for snorkeling.

We have stayed at this condo multiple times over the years. Being an end unit, facing south, not only is the view great but the cross ventilation with the tradewinds makes for a very nice and comfortable stay. Two blocks to the beach for swimming, surfing, and snorkeling puts the cherry on top for a memorable visit. The owner is responsive and helpful from booking to checkout. Certainly, we look forward to our next visit! Thank you, Howard.

Excellent property in a super convenient location. A few quirks about this older unit (balcony door wouldn’t lock close, front door sometimes got jammed) but everything was clean and comfortable! Having the laundry right next door is SO convenient, and free parking is a huge plus. Would stay here again.

A place with a great view

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo is comfortable and accommodating. However, latch on the bathroom window was broke and therefore allowed a lot of wind in.

Enjoyed the stay like it’s location to things we like to do although the building is starting to show. It’s aged could use some upgrading elevators are slow and could use a good cleaning

Excellent location

We had a great vacation and loved staying at this property. Proximity to the beach with amazing ocean/Diamond Head views helped make our stay enjoyable. It was always great to come back to cold AC after a hot day in the sun. Thanks again!

Comforts of Home

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has all of the comforts of home. Howard took good care of making sure that all questions were answered and resolved. I would recommend staying here.

Close to beach

The place was in a great location with great views. Free parking was a plus too! The condo itself needs some updating and it could have been cleaner.

We are glad that the guest appreciated our great views and free parking. Our condo was repainted and got new drapes and our sofa bed and chairs were reupholstered a couple of years ago so I don't understand what she means that it needs updating. It was unfortunate that our agent's linen supplier didn't deliver the day she arrived & so the sofa bed didn't have fresh linen & there was some sand & debris in it which only became apparent when you opened it up. Finally no one else has made similar comments.

We have been enjoying Waikiki Beach & the beaches in Santa Cruz (from our Pajaro Dunes Property) for 40+ years. Our family has been owners in
Waikiki since 1992. We enjoy staying in our condo & renting it out when we are not able to use it. Our family chose the Waikiki Banyan because it is family friendly, well located near the beach and zoo. We chose our unit because of it's fabulous ocean view on the 34 th floor. We have had multiple generations of families staying in our unit over the years.Also walking to restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Because of it's location near the beach and Kapiolani Park and the zoo. Because of all of it's amenities. Because of it's friendly staff.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We love sitting out on the lanai and watching the ocean and surfers and swimmers. We enjoy being only 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from Kapiolani Park and the zoo. We love the fabulous views from our condo. We love how cloe we are to all of the restaurants, bars and night life.
