Spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath millhouse on large corner lot. 1/2 mile from downtown St. Marys waterfront. Beautifully landscaped with deck and fire pit for those cool summer nights. Freshly painted with one king bed, one full bed, full size sofa sleeper and one futon. Also offers office space with a full size futon for extra guests. This house will accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Pet friendly with a non-refundable deposit applied. Great for a weekend getaway or long term visits. You won't be disappointed.

Nice stay!

Cute place with everything you need for an extended stay! Nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. A bonus, if you are traveling with a dog there is a nice dog dog park just a block away.

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay here -place was as discribed. Close to things to do. Communication with Robert was good and quick response.Would certainly stay there again.

Walk to Water

The host is attentive, the house is not fancy, but has everything you would need. We enjoyed walking to the waterfront for shops and dining.

Great Place !

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July ! Great location ! Literally a few minutes drive from downtown/historic St.Marys ! The house was perfect for our family of 3. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Nice Stay

The house is nice and clean. We were there during the coldest weather in years. Robert was great and provided extra space heaters to warm up the house for us. He was very kind and accommodating. We would return.

New Years Getaway

This was the perfect getaway home. It had everything we needed! It was in the most perfect area near Saint Mary’s and was comfortable and had so many fun unique touches. We will definitely be staying again!

Our favorite VRBO

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. This is the only VRBO rental that we've ever returned to for a second visit and will be our go to when visiting this area again.

Family Vacation

Quite neighborhood, location was ideal. My family took a vacation to St Mary’s to get a taste of the area as we plan to move down here, to the Folkston area.

Great home and great area

We stayed here so we could take the ferry to Cumberland island during the day. The property is very clean, comfy beds and has everything you need. Would recommend to anyone
