This beautiful property looks exactly like it did in the pictures. The set up was perfect for us with three separate bedrooms and their own bathrooms. Kitchen was well stacked. Balconies were stunning. And the hosts were outstanding. Not only did they provide us with recommendations for the best beaches and restaurants, but they actually went out and replaced. The television sat in the living room when we discovered it didn’t work. Amazing!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

This home had all of the necessities and you could not beat the location. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of comunal living space to accommodate six adults. The nearby private beach was a bonus! We had a wonderful stay!

Every year, we bring our adult kids to Hawaii.And this place was as beautiful as our own home and just as beautiful with the amenities. Tracy and Rondall were fabulous!We know the island very well and just enjoy being so close to so many places.We go. Very centrally located , though , you cannot walk to town unless you enjoy a long walk. We always get pokey and tacos , so that is wonderful to be that close to walk over there. Magic sands beach is walkable , but just a bit on the far side, tho worth it. Thank you for all the little extras and making this feel like a home and not a rental.

Great location, amazing view! Communication with Tracy was really good. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook in, lots of glasses, plates and utensils. Only negative I can think of - no shampoo or shower soap. Lots to see and do on the Big Island!

Hello Ocean

We enjoyed our 6 night stay and the sound of the crashing waves. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable but the main level bedroom would be more suitable for children because it is a little cramped for 2 adults. The views from the upstairs lanai was amazing and the main level lanai was great as well. The property was easy to use and I would recommend staying here. One parking spot per unit was a little scary but the street parking was not a problem.

Hawaii Family Vacation

Property was as advertised. Clean with everything we needed to be comfortable. No pool at this complex but location is oceanside with a great ocean view. Beaches for swimming, snorkeling, etc. within a few minutes drive. Very good communication from property management. Would stay here again.

Great View

Big main sleeping room with big balcony, big kitchen and living room with marvellous terrace and sea view. Other 2 bedrooms are relatively small, one of them has no furniture to store clothes. One toilet flush did not work properly.

Living that Island Life

Incredible location. The place was easy to get to and right on the water. Gorgeous sunsets from the patio(s) were incredible. It was clean, and spacious, and had just about everything we needed for a very successful vacation. There were a few dirty dishes, and the water was turned off in one of the bathrooms, but these were minor issues easily overcame. The host met us on check-in to make sure we got settled in and was very responsive anytime time we needed to reach out. The automatic gate for the parking area broke one of the days we were there and was operational by the next morning. There was parking outside the gate along the wall so not really a big deal. Overall, we really enjoyed the home, the location, and the amenities. We would rent here again for sure! Thank you!

Fabulous ocean front view!!!

It's the view! Focus on that and you will be great. Unfortunately, there are a number of negatives that detract from the overall experience. Needs a deep, deep cleaning is an understatement. Carpets upstairs are filthy with so many stains. Bathrooms had lots of long hair tangled everywhere. Bathroom exhaust fans don't look like they have ever been cleaned. Not being picky, but just don't look up as an indication of rest of house. Drain in second bath upstairs completely clogged and filled the shower pan to almost overflowing with each shower. Property Manager came right away to "snake", but still, shouldn't have happened. Mold in a number of places. Temporary frig in living/dining area as kitchen was broken. Things happen, but no ice in temp frig. No provision made for ice. Went to stores to get ice first few days (pain) and bought ice cube trays at Walmart and did it the old fashioned way. VERY busy and congested area. Street noise on 2 bedrooms facing street starts at 6 a.m. and goes througut the day and evening. Parking outside the gate actually worked ok, but be prepared to navigate constant cars and people. Location was good to walk to a few markets however. Just didn't expect a "city" vacation. Pics look like you can jump right in the water on the ocean side, but we were advised not to since very rough water and really rocky with sharp lava formations. Relax on the lanais on the oceanside of the property, watch the waves, sunsets and occasional whale or dolphins.

It was perfect! Family of 5 including 3 boys 24 yrs old, 21 yrs old and 18 yrs old. It was the perfect location for traveling around the island. The sunsets were amazing from one of the 2 decks and from the beach steps away. The place itself had all the room we needed, well maintained, just perfect! Everything was easy from checking in to checking out. Very accommodating. We were very sad to leave, even got in one more snorkeling the day we checked out right down the beach from the place. We took in everything on the island from the volcano (missed episode 50 by 2 days) stopped at Kai Loki's southernmost bar in US for lunch on the way, Mauna Kea Summit (everyone's favorite), swimming with the Manta Rays, Snorkeling at Two step (Pu'uhonua Honaunau) and Captain Cook (Kua Bay Beach and others), local community coffee festival in Pahala, outside market right down the street, shopping in the town of Hawi, Pololu Valley overlook and hike to black beaches, Waipio Valley overlook, Hilo, Huggo's in Kailua-Kona (favorite restaurant for sunset and delicious food), Da Poke Shack short walk and delicious, and much more! We could not have asked for nicer accommodations to enjoy this wonderful island! Can't wait to return!!

Amazing Property and Location!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property and our adventure on the big island, and would definitely return with our family! The 2 lanai’s were amazing for starting and ending each day and we ate every meal outside on the lower lanai 🌊🏝. We also appreciated all of the amenities that were included with the unit (beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc). We were concerned, at first, about the separate payment process direct through island resort properties, but rest assured it is legitimate and the team was very prompt and professional throughout the process. Even though there were a few dated aspects of the property (e.g A few older appliances and fixtures), it did not hinder our 5 star experience at all. We also really appreciated Tracy’s responsiveness, helpful tips and support throughout the stay as well. If there’s any doubt, know that this is a very special unit with A/C, central island location, spectacular sunsets and direct access to some beautiful lava tide pools and sea life 🐢🦀🐚🌅

Amazing location. Hearing the waves anytime of day was an absolute joy and soul fulfilling. Communication with the property manager was excellent and they worked hard to make my family feel comfortable. Mahalo!
