Kona Reef is one of the most ideal resort destinations on the Kona Coast. Walking distance to town (less than a mile through downtown to the IronMan pier!). Experience restaurants, shopping, ocean sports, killer ocean views of all the Kona activities right at your front ocean door. Did I mention Honl's Beach, one of the best white sandy beaches found on the Kona Coast right in front of the Reef?

The condo has been completely remodeled - Jan, 2018 - tiled baths with glass-enclosed showers, all tile floors throughout. Feb, 2021 - new kitchen cabinets, new mattresses, new AC unit, new lanai table. March, 2022 - completely painted, new lanai chairs, new linens, new coffee maker, assorted new pillows, new electronic locks, new dining room furniture (4/22), new living room furniture (7/22)! March, 2023 - new dishwasher, range, ac unit and ceiling fans.

It is one of four of the largest in the complex, sleeping 5 in beds - a king in one room and a queen and twin in the other. This is a corner unit which affords extra light - and exposure and views of open ocean and Kona town from everywhere. Don’t pass this one up! 'Book it Dano' '!

Great location!

Oceanfront condo with great access to nearby shops and restaurants. Clean, well stocked unit that was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Kona paradise

The condo was so lovely! The views from the lanai were spectacular from sunrise to sunset. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the grill area by the pool. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful beaches in the area. It was a great place to stay.

Great location and condo

This was a perfect condo for my family. With 2 teens, having the 3 beds was great! This condo has everything you need plus it has the best view of the Hawaiian sunset!

Friend Reunion

We so enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the check in process was very easy. The condo had everything needed for a great stay. The view was amazing and beautiful- we sat on the patio every evening to watch the sunset. Many restaurants and coffee shops were within walking distance. It was a great time and we really could not ask for more!

Loved this Ocean front condo!

Girls trip to Kona was fantastic. This condo was great. We loved watching the sunset on the patio. It’s close to several great restaurants and a nice beach. I would rent this condo again.

Location, location, location

If you are going to the kona area this is a very convenient location. The sunsets were spectacular from the lanai. Plus all of the snorkels, chairs , and other beach gear being in the condo made things really easy. Sandy answered all questions in a very timely manner. All around great stay

Perfect Girls Trip!

This was the best location, so easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. I've stayed in Kona frequently but never so close to town. The lanai and view right on the ocean were perfect every morning. Everything was well stocked, beach toys, kitchen utensils, etc.

Wonderful property; ocean front; very spacious and well stocked with everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation!! Short walk to shops restaurants and beach!! Couldn’t ask for more...highly recommend this property!

Family vacation

Perfect location and view and close walking distance to restaurants. Only down fall was the roaches in the kitchen and in the cabinets, which made it hard to have anything left on the counters are the cabinets. Sandy had exterminators come when we left so hopefully it’s better for the next families.

Fantastic location & view

Incredible ocean view, easy walk to restaurants, ocean breezes and fans (no air conditioning), wonderful lanai to watch surfers. Easy access to everything!

Amazing view

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-stocked oceanfront condo. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Amazing ocean view and beautiful sunsets, enjoyed listening to the waves crashing on the rocks. Did not want to leave !

Great location in Kailua Kona

The beautiful view from the lanai helped offset the age of the complex. We appreciated the laundry & AC very much. A great spot to stay in the heart of Kailua Kona - lots of shops & restaurants within walking distance. Fish Hopper restaurant was excellent! Also did a Body Glove snorkeling trip to K Bay that was outstanding.

Wonderful View and nice interior!

Our stay at the unit was fantastic! The morning view with the waves crashing just outside was amazing and the view of the sunsets was outstanding! Our teenage kids were close to the beach and shops in walking distance. The unit had all the amenities we needed, and we would recommend this complex and this unit to our friends and family.

2023 Family Vacation

Beautiful! The lanai is a great place to drink coffee and watch the surfers in the morning! Close enough to walk to the restaurants in Kona which is a plus because parking is terrible. Condo was clean and looked just like the pictures.

This condo is so perfectly located with amazing views!! Clean and comfortable. We’ll stocked and it felt like home. On the down side, hall bathroom shower and kitchen water never got very hot…aside from that we would definitely come back! Mahalo ☺️🌴😎🌺

Perfect, Roomy Oceanfront Getaway!

This condo met our needs perfectly. It is obvious that the owner has focused on upgrades and keeping this unit in top condition. Superb oceanfront views, airy and open, excellent furnishing, new appliances, comfortable bed and all amenities needed to enjoy time in Hawaii. This is one of the best in the facility and we both said we would definitely come back to this unit again.
