Across the street from Marco Island beach path

Clean, comfortable, well appointed condo is right across the street from the walkway to the beach. Pool is heated and oh, so comfortable. It is a quiet, lovely place to stay that is in the middle of everything! Great place to be!!

Perfect location!

The location is right across from public beach access and is less than a 5 minute walk. You can easily walk to Doreen’s for breakfast and plenty of others.

Great property with the best location. Just cross the street and take the path to the beach! Property was very clean and Lisa Bradley very attentive to any of our inquiries. Lovely vacation.

Beach in front of the apartment is a plus !!!

The apartment is a gem on Marco Island, across the street is the beach. You will find everything you need and more to spend an unforgettable vacation in Lisa's apartment. His communication with her is fantastic. I recommend this apartment 100%

Perfect location and great access to beach. Owner was quick to respond and take care of issues beyond her control. Could use a dark out shade in bedroom is only suggestion.

Great place and right across from public beach access. Place was nice and no real problems. Has a great view. Careful of the directions to get into place, if you don't come from Fort Meyer, you may miss the part of getting into the gate. You have to read that part!!

Perfect Escape from Winter

We enjoyed our time on Marco Island and this property had everything we could have asked for. Steps from the beach and close to good restaurants, we loved the time we spent here. The HEATED pool was probably our favorite part of the vacation. It was warm and inviting, even when the air temperature was a little chilly in early March. When the winter blues get us down, we hope to return and enjoy this beautiful condo again. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.

Love Marco

We loved our stay on Marco Island and our VRBO unit was fantastic. Beach access right across the street which we learned quickly is somewhat rare on Marco Island. The unit was clean and well equipped. Our host even assisted us with dining recommendations and island activities. This has become our new FAV.

Wonderful stay in Marco Island!

Our first visit to Marco Island. Our visit was for 4 days to play golf and attend a friend’s wedding. We loved Mellow Yellow. The condo was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Lovely deck where we could drink our first cup of coffee for the day. The pool was very nice. Clean and just the right temperature. Short walk to the beach was awesome. Wanda, condo owner was most helpful. All questions answered quickly. We were delighted with our stay and will return to Marco in the future. Nancy & Gary

Close to the Beach

Locating was great. Just across the street from the public beach entry. The beach doesn't have any public bathrooms. So apartment was nice and close for that purpose. The apartment was nice size for 2 people. Liked the front porch overlooking the street. The Pool was nice and clean. The only thing was we found a prescription pill bottle under the night stand in the bedroom. It was prescription sleeping pills. The cleaning service could do a better job cleaning the whole apartment. We would stay here again.

Perfect place in every way

We had the best time staying here. It is absolutely the perfect location, it doesn’t get much easier than this. Walkway right outside the condo. Great view, on the main strip. We would love to stay here again next year!

Family vacation

We had a great time during our stay! The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the beach. Our daughter loved the pool. Our host was great with communication, we had all of the things we could need! We would recommend this property to anyone!
