No Damage from Hurricanes Ian, Helene, or Milton! We'd love to host you if you had planned to travel to an area affected by any of these storms in other parts of Florida.
Clean one-bedroom condo, with a pullout couch and it's just steps to the most exclusive hotel on Marco Island.
Gulf Views from the patio and you're just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Marco Island. Beach access is just across the street.

This condo comes furnished with a complete kitchen, WIFI, beach chairs, beach cart, an umbrella,and more.
We love to make sure that our guests enjoy the paradise that Marco Island is.

We updated this condo in September of 2022 with all-new kitchen cabinets, full-size stainless steel appliances, brand new bathroom, and shower. We purchased all new furniture for this condo in March of 2022 when we bought this property.

Enjoy a great location right at the beach access point on Collier.You can walk across the street to the beach in minutes. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a brand new condo for a fraction of the price?

February Getaway

Perfect location, impeccable condo. Couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Beach is right across the street. Pool is heated and never crowded. Ideal place for 2.

Marco Island Stay

We only stay one night, wish we had more time there. The unit was lovely, nicely equipped, shower was great, plenty of room. Public access to the beach right there. The beach was great to walk on, you can go for miles. If you don't want to walk, the condo had all you need to relax for day on the sand. Chairs, towels etc. We'd definitely stay there again if we were staying on the island.Property manager was very good at communicating well in advance all instructions for getting there, things in the area, how to get in and use the condo.

Marco Island Vacation

We came down to Marco Island for a short vacation before meeting up with family later in the week. The condo was exactly as advertised - great location, easy access to a fantastic beach and a well appointed condo. We definitely recommend Darin and this property to other travellers.

"Just Steps to the Beach" Condo

We enjoyed our four day stay on Marco Island. The condo is very clean with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The building is well maintained with beautiful gardens, a relaxing pool, and a nice tennis court. You couldn’t ask for a better location with public beach access directly across the street and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys are ready to use. There are even washers & dryers on each floor at the end of the building. Great overall experience!

Quick get away

We stayed here for one full day. It was almost the best vacation I’ve been on. Great location (so close to the beach). The place was very clean. Had lots of beach supplies. The host was quick at responding and was super nice. All in all had everything we needed and was a beautiful stay.

Just steps from the Beach

2 day stay. Property was just as listed, very clean, new appliances, and directly across street from beach, & Marriott. Close to everything Marco Island offers. Will use again & definitely recommend Just steps from the Beach. Communication from owner was great, quckly responded to my questions.

The beach is calling!

We absolutely loved our stay right across the street from the public beach access path. Marco is a beautiful area and rhe beach is beyond amazing. The condo is updated, clean and had everything we needed. We were happy to use the beach wagon and chairs. The property is well maintained. Everyone was friendly.

Minor tweaks to make it 5 star

Can’t beat the location right across the street from the public beach access. Many restaurants and shops are easily accessed going north or south a short distance from the condo. A few small additions to the unit would give this a 5 star. Needs towel hooks or similar next to bathroom shower and sink. Shower water pressure is intense (almost painful) and hot water is gone quickly. Room darkening drapes in living room would help for those sleeping on the pull out couch. There needs to be another mirror besides just the one in the bathroom. The unit was recently upgraded so the kitchen and bathroom are nice but place lacks any decorative touches and you can tell is just being used as a rental property. Beach wagon, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas are provided which is great! A few sand toys are also provided if you have little ones.

Fantastic Location and Nice Little Perks!

We chose this place because it was really close to the beach and we wanted to take advantage of our short stay to Marco Island. It is literally 2 minutes until your toes hit the sand. The apartment was very clean, newly updated and had so many great amenities including a wagon, beach umbrella and beach chairs that we were able to use- so thoughtful and made our day at the beach amazing! Thank you so much Darin for the hospitality. Being a die-hard Packer fan, we loved the Wifi password ;) Highly recommend this place!

This property is a gem that I wish I knew about long ago. We will definitely be back. Super, super location comfortable unit. We loved the close proximity to the JW Marriott and beach access is right across the street. Darin went over and above to correct a small problem. I would give ten stars if I could. Darin is the BEST HOST I’ve encountered. We hope to be back !!!

Perfect Location

The Unit is remodeled, beautiful, very clean and all you need. Is only a short wall across the street to the Beach. Communication with owner is great, all information is provided. You can tell they care about their clients. We will be back. Thank you for caring and sharing your place.

Fabulous stay!

This is a great condo with easy access to the beach through the public walkway across the street. The condo is well-appointed with super nice appliances and a well-stocked closet of beach items (chairs, towels, coolers, umbrella, pull cart, noodles). The pool is nice and the condo has a roomy balcony. Darin is a great host and provides helpful information. Hope we can stay here again!!
