Our fantastic, modern, updated farmhouse is walking distance to Love Lane shops and the Mattituck train station (and is less than 1 mile from the Jitney). The property is in the middle of the North Fork and convenient to vineyards, restaurants, beaches and shopping. It is about 25 minutes past Riverhead and 15 minutes before Greenport.

The sprawling main level has a living room with picture windows overlooking the landscaped backyard and water views of the Mattituck inlet. Flatscreen/Smart TV with premium cable & Apple TV. The main level also has a dining room with seating for 8 (and working fireplace), a eat-in kitchen, a home office with a futon bed, a children's playroom with futon (with cable, apple TV, and Blu-Ray).
There is a bathroom with a shower on main level (off the kitchen)
The two main level futons each sleep two so you can open them up for a bit of extra space.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Large flatscreen smart TV with apple TV. There are custom closets for two with plenty of space to store and hang your items. There is also a dresser.
The guest bedroom has a king sized bed, sitting area, and built-in bookshelves surrounding the bed. It was originally a wood library and the original wood has been painted white to give it a fresh look.
The third bedroom has a twin bed and a crib, along with a carpeted play area. (Will try to work with you to meet your needs if prefer two twins instead of crib).
There are closets in all bedrooms.
