Please note that there’s a 7-night minimum from June 23rd through Labor Day (Sunday to Sunday). If you are looking for a shorter term stay we do have some Sunday to Wednesday - Thursday options available. Best to inquire about dates first prior to booking regardless if they show available.

A 5.5% short term rental tax will be collected from all guests prior to check-in and remitted to Suffolk county for stays of less than 30 nights pursuant to the newly enacted 2023 law.
