My family enjoyed our extended stay immensely. We’ve rented many homes around the area over the years and this was the best location we’ve found thus far. Tucked away yet close to everything. We were amazed by how close we were to everything yet how peaceful and quiet it was. My kids loved the pickleball courts within walking distance. Marianne was super responsive to all of our questions and made us feel right at home. The home had a lot of charm and character. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly!

End of Summer Stay in Southampton

Great location in a cute neighborhood that's walkable to town and the beach. Owner was very responsive and getting in and out was very easy. Nice covered deck overlooking the pool to hang out on. Neighborhood has tennis courts, and the house is nicely decorated. Would stay again!

Family time

The owner Marianne couldn’t have been nicer and more accessible. She always answered any questions we had in a timely response. The house is lovely and perfect for families.

This is a wonderful house for a Hamptons stay. Close to Main Street (we both walked and biked there) and to the beaches. The house was well equipped - including amenities such as a pool, bicycles, gas grill and beach umbrellas. The living area suited our extended family of 6 adults and an infant perfectly, as did the four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The downstairs area with a bedroom, bathroom and living space was perfect for parents with kids. And our host was amazing throughout - responsive, helpful and proactive. Couldn’t have had a better trip or place.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Hamptons and this house was perfect for our group of adults and teens. It is beautifully decorated and was extremely comfortable for everyone in our family. The pool and backyard are lovely and there are plenty of places for people to relax, read a book or take an afternoon nap. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and everything we needed to make meals. Marianne was very quick to respond and provided me with an abundance of restaurant, beach, shopping and activity suggestions. The bikes make it very easy to get on the private beaches and the beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice to have. The neighborhood is very quiet and the pickleball courts are a 2 minute walk from the house and provided us with some family fun. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

Great location. The property was exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated, four bedrooms with four full baths, very nice covered deck overlooking the backyard and pool. We spent many hours on the comfortable U-shaped outdoor seating on the deck, on the lounge chairs by the pool as well as at the outdoor dining table. Excellent layout for a summer home. Our adult son and friends took advantage of the neighborhood tennis/pickleball courts literally two doors down and used the bikes to get to the beach. Host was very responsive when we needed her. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in every way and hope to be back!
