Beautiful Location

We enjoyed Lake Las Vegas. It had an area to walk around with restaurants and shops. It had close proximity to grocery stores and Henderson was 10-15 minutes away. The condo was upscale and very clean and comfortable.

Great stay

The property was a great location to the village. Very clean the shower could use a little deep cleaning but overall great location. Could use a little more cleaning supplies like paper towels, sponge for dishes etc. The check in process was excellent. Will be visiting again for sure.

Vegas trip

Overall I would stay here again. The property is amazing! The pictures on line don’t do it justice. The communication was frustrating. I was given the host’s personal cell number but…. It took forever to get an answer. I was provided the incorrect codes for the WiFi which put me working for 5 hours at a Starbucks and the wrong code to the pool. I received both codes the following days but never was able to use the hot tub or pool as the coffee came after check out. Also bring extra toilet paper and trash bags. I was provided one roll and one bag for two people for 4 days. Not quite enough. She did extend my reservation without issue before I arrived. Just check the codes provided early and they don’t tell you when you get there that you’ll need to get the parking pass from the condo itself before getting into the garage. It was a bit frustrating. Condo was gorgeous in a great spot and very clean and comfortable.

Nice Place

Condo and building very nice. Area is upscale and quiet. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable space. Good value as long as you don’t mind staying away from the traffic and action in Vegas.

Great Retreat

10/10 Everything was on point, from the security of the building to the apartment-like accommodations. Loved having a grocery store, restaurants within walking distance, and entertainment on the weekend. It was easy gettingrides to Las Vegasfor variousshows. Thank .

Great Place

Was working in town and needed a quiet and secure place to stay. This property was perfect. Communication with the owner was flawless and easy and was very helpful. Was very clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved it!

It was very relieving to go to this VRBO. We are locals to Las Vegas and we wanted to do a staycation to take us out of our constant day to day grind. The area was very nice, we loved the room, and it was very clean. We loved it! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Nice 1 bedroom condo

This was my 2nd time staying at Anuk's condo. It's always spotless. The condo is on the lobby level, with very close pool access. We love the 2 pools, which are usually pretty empty. The condo has basic cookware and utensils, plates, cups, etc. One thing to note is that they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 kitchen garbage bag, and 1 bathroom garbage bag. There are no directions for how to use the parking garage or the complicated tv remote. Anuk is responsive by text though. We will stay here again.

Wonderful place to enjoy the area

We had a great time staying in this condo. Very nice location with great food and close to the see the surrounding area. The condo was very nice, clean and quiet. We wanted something close to the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Valley of Fire. We enjoyed breakfast each morning at Da Remo. Dinner at Sonrisa Grill was exceptional. We also enjoyed a wonderful evening listening to the live music of Derrick and David at Vino Del Lago. We would definitely go back.

Perfect One Bedroom Condo

I was pleasantly surprised with this VRBO Condo rental at Lake Las Vegas. Nothing inside the Condo was wrong, all great! Would be nice to notify that there isn't an ice maker so guests can be prepared to buy ice. But not a huge deal. The deck was wonderful, but the tree outside the deck is so big that it's very shady and barely can see the corner of the pool. Again not a deal breaker, and probably a good thing when the temp is 90 or over! The host was so VERY quick at getting back to me on a couple of things. Great! Would stay there again!

This unit is super clean. Its on the lobby level, so no elevator needed, unless you come up from the parking garage. It has a nice large balcony with a beautiful view of the garden and the pool. It is a shaded balcony, except for one hour in the day. Perfect!
