You may notice that our price may be a few dollars more than other apartments in the building, but it'll be worth it. Just compare the pictures you will see the difference. We have installed gorgeous wood floors throughout the kitchen, living and bedroom areas for that extra warm feeling. We have the best quality bed linens, towels, paper products to make you feel at home. For those staying longer, we have a larger refrigerator/freezer and safe for your valuables available for use.
The service you will receive from check in to check out will be unparalleled. This unit is meticulously cleaned after every guest and our cleaning staff is paid a higher wage to assure that they will take the time to check every minor detail before leaving. Our bed are new top of the line, "Heavenly Bed" Mattresses you will experience that clean crisp feeling when you are ready to turn in for the night. Great place!

We needed a quick getaway for a few days and this place was perfect. Check in was super easy, we had all the information we needed from the host in one email, great communication from them. The property was exactly as it looked in the pictures, very clean. We will be back for sure. Thank You!

Great Experience

We have rented a fair amount of condos on VRBO and this was probably one of our best experiences. The views were great. The location was great for us as we spent most of our time in Henderson, although it was a quick trip to Hoover Dam and Las Vegas, super convenient. The condo was clean and well maintained. The rest of the property was great as well.

Lake Las Vegas Paradise!

Beautiful, peaceful setting away from the chaos of Vegas but close enough for dinner, shows, etc. Wondetful pool and large hot tub. Fabulous bed and linens all the way around. Owner left a few snacks and waters that were much appreciated upon arrival. Private, se ire parking a plus! You won’t be disappointed!

Great Views

It was a perfect condo to stay in Lake Las Vegas. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Found some great little restaurants not to far and used the “refreshing” pool.

Perfection!

This condo was perfect! Beautiful view of pool and lake. Everything you would need is supplied. Easy walk to the village for groceries, restaurants and shopping! Great to be away from the craziness of the strip but close enough to drive in. The pool had plenty of chairs and easy to access. Will be back!

Clean and quiet with great location!

Had a quick business trip and needed a quiet location that was close and convenient to the Vegas convention center. This spot was perfect! Very clean and can easily get to the convention center or the strip with a short drive. Very quiet which I wanted for a little remote work while traveling. Had everything I needed with extras, close to shopping and food stops as well. Easy drive from and to the airport or car rental location and local attractions. Definitely highly recommend and I will use again when my need arises.

Great condo in a great location

The condo was beautiful and clean. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The complex was clean and very quiet. Beautiful pool that was never busy or crowded. Would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful and perfect

Never stayed in this area of Las Vegas. Very unexpected resort experience. Beautiful surroundings walkable to excellent restaurants. Owner Joe is very responsive and helpful. Unit is perfectly stocked bed extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

FABULOUS!!!

A beautiful place to stay in Lake Las Vegas. We just loved it! Extremely clean and very comfortable. Just beautiful! The pool was great. Such an easy process checking in and out. Very easy to find. A nice quiet peaceful getaway.

Condo in Lake Las Vegas

, Nice little place, comfortable, just right for not being there much! Too hot to really enjoy the pool during the day, but we stayed cool in the apartment. Didn’t know there was an icemaker in the small fridge as we only used the big one so we bought ice! TV directions are not accurate with the Roku. Love that there was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, but I had to put it on the shelf above the toilet to see myself in it because I’m a tall girl! It was great having a bathtub and a shower. The deck was nice especially at night or in the late afternoon when the sun was not on it. Perfect to enjoy a good book, a drink and the view!

Clean, quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The grounds were well kept, and security was excellent. The condo buildings and the area around it are very upscale. The garage parking was a nice extra, since our visit was in the summer months. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole experience.

This property is condo-chic, well-appointed, with an urban interior design. The attention to detail is notable in every room. It is evident that the owners want their guests to have a safe, restful, and enjoyable stay. Our two night, two person stay exceeded our expectations. Would book again.
