The house is super clean and minimally but sufficiently appointed. The fan in the back room was a god-send for the Vegas heat. Shower pressure in the bathrooms were excellent. Super quiet neighborhood. Dom was very responsive and excellent to deal with.

House was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and use of the garage was a great perk. We were moving my son into school so it was nice to be close to shopping and eating areas. Host was very nice and accommodating.

We fixed the couch as the arm was falling off. There was a dishwasher but no pods. Lamps in the bedrooms would be a nice touch. Location was good.

The house was comfortable, but for a longer term stay (more than 1-3 days) it would be nice to have dressers for clothes and more kitchen supplies, such as food containers, etc. The living room has a single couch, but no other furniture to sit on. It also lacked dishwasher soap for doing dishes. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Overall, a comfortable stay, but the amenities are limited.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. The house is not safe, windows don’t lock, and the floors were completely dirty.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about your concerns, and I take safety and cleanliness very seriously. The windows in the home do lock, but I will have maintenance double-check each one to ensure everything is functioning properly. As for the floors, my cleaning team follows a detailed checklist, but I will be addressing this with them immediately to prevent any future issues. I wish you had reached out during your stay so I could have fixed these concerns right away, but I do appreciate you bringing them to my attention. Please feel free to message me directly if there’s anything else you’d like to discuss.

Location was fine, nice neighborhood. House was clean. Furnishing are minimal. A house that sleeps 4 or more could use more than a 3 seat couch in the living room. Other than a TV, that was it for seating. No coffee table either. No decorative art on any walls, Very stark and uninviting Minimal dishware also. No screens on any of the windows and sliding door. Beds were average. No extra trash can bags could be found.
