Cozy private 2 bedroom home in State College

Our home is nested on top of a hill in beautiful Lemont on a private, half-acre lot located 5 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Freshly renovated mobile home that comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms, one room with a queen and another with two twin beds, there is also a sofa bed in the living room. There's a Spacious living and dining room/kitchen, also a private and cozy backyard with a gas grill and fire pit that usually get visited by a deer family. This cozy home is perfect for football weekends. Walking distance to local cafes and eateries and also close to many hiking and park and Spring creek, and a bus stop at the bottom of the road!

This home was great for the price and location. It provided just what we needed for finishing up summer work between leases and for move-in weekend. There was one maintenance issue during the 3-week stay, and the owner was very responsive in getting things squared away quickly - much appreciated!

Prefect little place on the hillside

The location is ideal. Located in the heart of State College. This place had what was needed in our situation and last minute need. Communication was great with host.

Fun Family Weekend

We will definitely stay here again. The location was so convenient to all the places we wanted to go and the property was well-maintained. We appreciated the jar of dog treats -- that was a nice touch since we had 2 dogs with us.

Great stay

We stopped here to rest in the middle of a long road trip. Clean and Relaxing - enjoyed the solitude, small fire pit, and watching fireflies on the lawn. Perfect for what we needed - thanks!

Excellent site!

Wonderful location, quiet setting, and extremely accommodating home for a weekend visit. The place was clean, the access was simple, and the grill works great. So much better than a hotel- privacy, space, solitude. I would stay again if we're ever in need in the area in the future.

Penn State Perfect

We visited the area to check out Penn State. Location to campus was perfect and the size of the accommodations were just what we were looking for. We like to cook most of our own meals while away from home and this VRBO had what we needed to do so. We would stay here again if back in the area.

Quaint home in quiet area

We enjoyed our stay; especially since we were able to bring our dogs. While the house is older and showing signs of wear, it was nicely decorated with more than adequate amenities for our needs for a weekend visit to Penn State. We would stay here again if the need arises.

Nice property in a quiet location but still close to downtown. Easy to get to and easy to get to any PSU locations. Clean with plenty of space.

Our house is siting on top a hill, it's quiet and relaxing and sometimes couple of deer come for visit.
It's very close to the stadium and walking distance to café Lemont and couple other shops in the Lemont.
In the winter time and in the icy weather it may be difficult driving up the hill, we do clean the snow and salt the driveway as soon as we can get there.
