Newly renovated with all NEW appliances, bedding and furniture plus located in Park Forest Neighborhood on N. Atherton St, you will have the best of all State College worlds! Our home is located on a quiet street yet walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. Walk right down the street to a park with playground or two streets over to a Starbucks! All linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows) provided.
2.5 miles to Penn State.

You will love the modern, clean look of this home and the cozy neighborhood lined with sidewalks. Walk to Starbucks or ChickfilA for breakfast or sit on our porch with a coffee at home (provided!).

Charming stay

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home. The waffle maker breakfast was a perfect plus, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend trip for NCAA volleyball

Enjoyed our stay and nice to have a place where the kids had separate bedrooms, and the kids loved the morning waffles. Clean, quiet, and a quick drive to campus.

Fishing trip

Our stay was excellent. The place was well appointed, pin neat And very comfortable. Location was centralized for us to get to different fishing locations. Would definitely stay again

Big game

Stayed here with a group of friends to go to PSU-u of I game and had a great time. House was perfect and had a great location. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place to stay for a few days

I booked this property for a personal trip to fly fish in the State College PA area. The property was clean and comfortable and the communication with the owner was top notch. I will stay there again this June

Excellent stay!

We stayed while the kids were competing in the PSU Ultimate Club Duals. It was approximately 10 minutes from the gym and the house was perfect. Check-in was seamless and we have no issues with anything.

Great house

Things were clean and decorated tastefully! We had plenty of towels for all 8 of us and the children’s room was a delight to our children with so much fun stuff to play with! We would stay again if we came into the area!

Great stay!

House was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids room had toys and coloring books for our kids to use. It was a nice quiet neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Great neighborhood

This place was perfect for us while visiting for a sports camp. Close to campus, very clean and a short walk to Starbucks! Dawn is very responsive and great to work with. 5 stars!

Such a great place to stay in State College. The house was spacious, convenient to everything, and a very attentive host. Lots of laughs playing family monopoly!! I highly recommend!!
