This beautiful and specious two-story, ground floor townhome boasts 2 bedrooms plus a loft; the ground floor includes a king bed with a brand new Purple Mattress for optimal comfort and luxury, while the upper level has a master suite of its own, with an additional king bed and a separate loft offering two twin beds.
The fully stocked kitchen features bar style dining makes it easy to enjoy meal times.

Check out time Before 11:00am
Security Deposit you paid: This deposit is intended to encourage prompt check out. This deposit is also intended to ensure that the unit is left in the same condition as it was found. This deposit does not purchase additional time. Unit #97 is a non smoking unit and there are no pets allowed. We find this penalty regrettable as events which make it necessary
Smoking/Pets: Smoking is not allowed, as all units are non- smoking. We love pets as much as you do, but unfortunately they are not allowed.
Lock & Key: The lock pad is on the front door. Please open the screen to access it. Your code will come in the ‘Before You Arrive’ email.
Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
A parking pass will be at the unit for your car. Please park in designated parking stall.
Should you require a guest parking for 1 additional car, A Guest parking pass will be at the unit for your guest. Park in designated guest parking stall.
You will need to place the Parking pass on dashboard at all times.
A fee of $50 will be charged for loss of parking passes
Please keep unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! When cooking and eating-in, please clean thoroughly immediately after. This helps insects out of the unit. Tip; Wipe down counters and sink. Store food in closed containers, and refrigerator. Please DO NOT leave dirty dishes, empty food containers, take out boxes or excessive garbage in the unit at anytime. Please DO NOT eat on the couches or beds leaving crumbs or food wrapping behind. We must enforce strict rules regarding cleanliness to avoid potential future issues with bugs. We take great pride in not having a problem with insects. Please note, if our cleaning crew find dirty dishes or excessive garbage in our home upon your check-out there may be a fee deducted from your deposit. Thank you.
Air Conditioner: Please help us conserve energy by closing doors & windows to the rooms where A/C units are on.
Turn A/C units off when you leave the house
Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am
As courtesy we offer basic household supplies for the first days of your stay.
Laundry: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE loading items in washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in washer
Sand: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE entering the house and showers.
Trash: Please take trash out to dumpster by parking area

Please leave our home the way you found it
Please clean dirty dishes, or load them in the dishwasher. Please start the dishwasher. Make sure food and crumbs are cleaned up
