Tampa Heights home away from home. Enjoy this three bedroom two bath plus office/den. Beautifully updated mid-century home in the heart of Tampa Heights. Three bedrooms plus office/den and two bathrooms. We are near downtown, Ybor City, The Tampa River Walk, Amalie Arena, Straz Theater, Raymond-James Stadium with easy highyway access and airport. Take a walk to the river front or lounge in the private garden. This property is sustainable using solar power and a lush permaculture tropical garden. Two designated parking spaces in the driveway for your convenience. If you need a rental car during your stay please let us know. Other things to note: inform owner if bringing a PET. *DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN TOILET EXCEPT TOILET PAPER! If a clog occurs due to negligence of this, you will receive the plumbing bill.*

Giraffe adventure

It was just that very unique n beautiful back yard oasis.our dogs enjoyed it so much and so did we .I would recommend this place to anyone who likes to be an a tranquil place.

Tampa Fun!

The location of this home was perfect for our concert at Raymond James Stadium. Also close to restaurants, bars, stores, etc....for easy access. In a quiet neighborhood with a mixture of old and new homes. The property has been updated nicely and has all the amenities you need. We did not venture into the garden as the weather was too hot & rainy during our stay. Rose was great about being in constant communication with us before, during & after our trip. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great Place to Stay

This functional, beautiful home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is virtually no traffic noise, and you never hear the neighbors. Everything you need is provided in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. All you have to do is bring in some groceries. The Wi-Fi and TV are excellent. The owner is always available, and she responds rapidly. The home is 10 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and Steinbrenner field. We chose this property because we were in town to see some Yankees spring training games. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the Tampa area.

Just as pictured! It was perfect for our group and lots of room inside and outside for people to sit and relax. Close to Ybor and Armature Works, easy drive to both airports. Win Win

Relaxing

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood but very close to river walk and Amateur Works. Liked the hammocks in back yard and lived the front porch. The wonderful weather also helped. Rose responded promptly to any issue. We do wish there had been cable for news shows but did enjoy movies on Netflix.

Nice little getaway

This property was amazing and well kept on the outside and inside. Had everything we needed. Rose was very accommodating. Very quiet neighborhood and not far from the river and downtown.

Super Clean! Recently remodeled!

This was our third Virbo rental and it was by far the cleanest! The interior pictures are what you get! We used the rental primarily to go to the Packer / Buccaneers game. Raymond James stadium is only about a mile away. The house is well stocked with everything you need! They even had beach towels!

Great Vacation Home

My family and I enjoyed every aspect of the house, it was very kid friendly. The location was perfect for all our activities. If ever visiting Tampa again I will definitely book this house again. Rose was great!

Beautiful

Beautiful house inside and outside. We enjoyed sitting outside and used fire pit in the evening. Very close to things like Ybor City and Armature Works . We went to Ben T Davis Beach and about five minutes away. Had a great time.

Close to everything!

This was so close to everything that we needed for a wedding at the Tampa River Center. Cute house with wonderful landscaping. Felt good to know we were staying in a more eco-friendly place too!

Close to downtown

This property was super convenient for meeting family members that were staying downtown. It has a nice kitchen with everything you need; a great bathroom and a super comfortable king size bed. Rose responded very quickly and accommodated us when we needed a date change. I would stay here again!

Diamond in the rough

We really enjoyed the calmness of this weekend! It’s a perfectly easy Uber to the amphitheater and any surrounding areas. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, very clean overall and the manager of the property immediately answered my text at check in! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

So close to so many things. We had to be near Tampa General Hospital and it was a short 10 minute drive. Being so close to the trendy Armature and the Riverwalk was an added bonus. Rose, the owner, was extremely responsive to all our requests. She was so very nice and professional. We could not have asked for a better contact.
