The space
Right after you enter at end of hallway to your left you have our first front bedroom with one twin bed and another twin bed that opens up to a king size bed.

Then you’ll find a full bathroom with a full bathtub. Don’t worry about carrying with you Shampoo, conditioner, soap or towels, we have taking care of that for you.

Right next to it, is our second middle bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed, great space to be enjoyed by kids or adults as well.

After these two bedrooms and full bathroom you have a coffee station for you to enjoy your coffee or tea, coffee, tea, sweeteners and creamer are complementary on us.

Full kitchen is right next to it, with a large countertop bar like with its bar stool for you to enjoy whatever you are in the mood for.

Enjoy an open concept dinner table for 6, next to a living-room area with a nice sleeper comfy couch, that seats across from a nice smart 65” tv for you to enjoy our complementary Disney plus, Hulu, ESPN, prime video and much more free tv.

Last but not least, our master bedroom has a huge king size bed, with a nice smart tv right in front for you to watch a complementary shows with Netflix, prime video, Hulu, ESPN, Disney plus and much more, with his/Her’s touch reading lights on the head board, each side with its night stands, full walk-in closet, and full/shower master bathroom for full privacy. Furthermore, from your master bedroom you have your own exit into a nice ample wooden deck. Enjoy!

This house is amazing very beautiful, extremely comfortable and it is in a great location. I definitely recommend booking this home for your next Tampa vacation.

This property is a very good location to Bush Garden. It comfortably sleeps 8 people. The living area ( kitchen and family room) is very nice, yet the bedrooms were poorly furnished (no dressers) and linen was very limited. We would stay there again but would hope that the bedrooms would be better furnished.

Very close to Busch Gardens, you can walk across the street. The rooms are all nice with very comfortable beds. Close to dining and shopping options.

Great house and location for a family vacation to Busch Gardens! Great house and layout. Big rooms- bedrooms, living room and kitchen are all very spacious! Beds were comfortable. The house was accurate to the pictures and description. The area is known to not be the greatest but we all felt safe. Only negatives about the house is we had to kill a lot of spiders and the air vents have mold around them. Also, it would be better to have a kerig coffee machine than the old style. Would definitely stay again!

The house was great, it was exactly what we were looking for. I would suggest to the homeowner I would clean the furniture, it was looking a little on the dirty side. Thank you for letting us stay!

Pleasantly surprised by the blast of cold air when I opened the front door. It was 97 outside. The inside was open spacious and beautiful. The only minor issue was when I sat on one of the dinning room chairs it was broken. I was able to catch myself so I not hurt and my husband thought it was funny. I suspect it was broken by a previous guest. I would diffently booked this place next time.

The house is beautiful and clean and the host is very eat to talk to! I would recommend having fresh coffee and extras for the coffee bar. Other than that we enjoyed it!

This house appears to have received a fresh remodel on the inside. Most everything was new. There was some build up of cobwebs on the outside near the door and behind a couple of the beds, but most everything else was clean. The only area of concern we had was what appeared to be mold/mildew accumulation around nearly all A/C vents. The location was very close to Busch Gardens. This was very convenient for accessing the park, but the overall neighborhood wasn’t particularly desirable to us. We were overall pleased with our stay for a party of 6.

The 10/10 ratings given by many reviewers was spot on. The entire home was clean & very comfortable. We had a pizza party for our family of 14. Everyone like the home?All of the appliances worked fine. We didn’t use the washer & dryer. The A/C worked wonders on the heat & humidity. There are neighbors on both sides-we never heard them. The 3 of us slept fine. I needed to ask the host one question. I got her answer right away. I’d rent here again.

Andrea was a good host. We had one minor issue and it was taken care of immediately. (It wasn’t a big deal; I mention to show her sense of urgency even on a small matter!) The house was very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were in town to watch the NCAA tournament games and visited Ybor City and Clearwater Beach on our off day. Geographic location was great although the neighborhood isn’t the greatest. However, at no time did we feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Great value property that I recommend.

Great house

House was beautiful. Very clean. Blocks from BG which is great for families! Quiet street, neighbors are nice. A rooster near by for you wake up calls.

The house is fine and you can literarily walk to Busch Gardens. The neighborhood is sketchy and scary. Lots of loud people walking and drinking on the side walk across the street.

It was spacious and the beds are comfortable. We communicated that there was no cutting board the host arranged to have one delivered within a couple hours.We found quite a few dirty dishes at check in. I would also prefer top sheets on the beds not only fitted. Suggest display of instructions for checking out- what is expected for dirty sheets, garbage etc.

This home is lovely to stay in. The neighborhood in spots look shady but you can tell they are trying to bring the neighborhood up with new homes. The host was very patient with me prior to arrival. Being the very first time doing something like this i was really nervous. The photo when you look up the address through google map shows a duplex across the street. The map on vbro pinged the house on opposite of a main street. My family enjoyed our stay. The beds are very firm (which we are more of soft matress family). Home was very clean.
