Clean and very functional. View of Lake Tahoe was excellent and indeed the sunset was just breath-taking when standing on balcony. Overall a really nice place. You do have to climb a few set of stairs but its worth it. The parking was easy too. Would definitely book this one again.

The property was beautiful and in an amazing location. It was clean and well-furnished with necessities. We were thrilled to be able to watch the July 4th fireworks over the lake from our balcony. We very much enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that we weren't told in advance that the pool/spa wasn't available due to renovations, otherwise communication was great. Would consider staying here again if I come back to the area.

In fairness, the outside was under construction & on well needed updates. We were unable to use the deck or see out, unless standing, as there was plywood against the slider. That being said, crews were working diligently to complete the roofing. Internally, small but very comfortable & cozy. Thank you, Chris for sharing you piece of Tahoe Heaven

We stayed here to ski at Heavenly for a few days and it was magical! The view from the condo was absolutely unreal. This place is such a hidden gem with such easy access to the lifts. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to return a sweatshirt we accidentally forgot.

The pictures don’t do the accommodations justice, the unit was much better than expected. The host was promptly welcoming, immediately reaching out to me upon booking, prior to and upon arrival and after. Looking forward to staying here again.

This was a great, quiet place to stay for a family visiting for a soccer tournament. Plenty to do nearby and a good night's sleep.

This place didn’t disappoint, every sunset was beautiful. Our stay was wonderful this place was better than expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again if ever in the area.

Awesome Condo!

Nicely renovated, conveniently located neat Heavenly, and cozy for small family or couple. Cant beat the spectacular view of Lake Tahoe (and sunsets) out the balcony window!

Great stay

My family stayed in this place for four night. The place was clean and the view was unbeatable. WiFi can use some improvement.

AMAZING VIEW

Had an amazing time. View is INCREDIBLE. Place was extremely clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay here again. Loved every second!

Peaceful place near the lake!

Everything was great, just as other reviews stated. It was close to everything but peaceful and quiet since it's away from the hustle bustle of the lake strip where the hotels and casinos are clustered. It has everything you need and more with a great store and restaurant right down the street. Beautiful full panoramic lake views too!!! Definitely would stay again and recommend it to others! Thanks for being great hosts!

This is an excellent property and owner. The property was clean, close to Heavenly ski slopes and has a great view of Lake Tahoe. Owner provided great communication. I definitely would stay here again.

Lovely comfortable place

What an amazing stay! We were 'snowed in' for a day or so and were very comfortable in this well-equipped condo. There wasn't anything missing - from olive oil to zip lock bags! The beds were very comfortable and the location was right up in Heavenly, great spot!

Great Views. Nice clean place. Very quiet. Worth a stay, just be prepared for lots of stairs.
