The property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath over 1,200 square feet very open floor plan home where you can enjoy this wonderful waterfront home with a beautiful patio, Tiki hut and roof top terrace.

Master Bedroom with a King size bed, Guest Bedroom with a Queen size bed and a Full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

THE BOAT LIFT IS FOR RENT…Access to the Cabana Club.

This home sleeps a maximum of 6. There is a 7 night minimum stay.

Beautiful home. Was close to everything we needed. Key Colony inn is a must. Great happy hour meals. Best in the area. Will def keep this place in mind for next year.

A beautifully appointed home in a quiet Marathon neighborhood. The back patio is equipped with a tiki hut and hot tub, both overlooking a canal. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped for any meal preparation one might desire to do, and the hostess was quick to respond to any questions we had. Over-all, we had a wonderful, relaxing get-away.

The host was great with very fast responses. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was spacious and comfortable. The place could use some TLC, de-cluttering, and furniture updates.

Great house 10/10

We absolutely loved the house. The location was great. It was clean and the back patio was so festive and right on the canal. If we ever come back, we will book again.

The host did not lack hospitality. The host had the AC mechanic go on New Year’s Eve and the guest took a picture of the mechanic outside of the house and never opened up the door to allow them I. They went again on New Year’s Day and replaced the thermostat. This guest wanted a free stay

Slice of heaven

Loved this property. Cutely decorated, with both beach and holiday decor. Took advantage of the hot tub…enjoyed our morning coffee there.

Lovely home on the water. Plenty of space and beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen was plentiful and open floor plan was ideal. The outside area was peaceful and relaxing. Bikes were a plus! The only miss for us was a lack of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels) especially beach chairs. We wanted to explore multiple beaches and were unable to be as flexible as hoped without proper beach equipment. We will be looking to return to Marathon and Key West next winter and would welcome the opportunity to with you again. Wonderful property!

Manatees

We really enjoyed our stay at Key colony Beach. We saw manatees in the canal and the hot tub was great. We would definitely go back.

This home is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and well taken care of! The fish in the water and the manatee swimming up the canal was awesome. Absolutely no complaints had every thing we needed. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us!!!

Key Colony

Wonderful stay. The property was very nice. We saw manatees and a sea turtle right from the patio. The outdoor area is just phenominal for relaxation and truly enjoying the view of the water.

Festive decorated. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Off-site trailer parking was cumbersome in the city lot, however boat lift was a bonus.

Awesome outdoor area

This was a quiet little community that worked perfect for a 20 year anniversary trip! The bathrooms were a bit dated and could use some cleaning. But the main area/kitchen was awesome and worked well!! The outdoor area was definitely where we spent our time! Would stay again!

Very nice, well kept and most important clean. Host was very informative and communication was great. Great neighborhood, clean, quiet. We will for sure check to make sure this property is available when we come back to the keys!

Christmas in the Keys

The house was cute and the “backyard” was great to sit out at. Location was good for getting around. Nice for walks. We went to a public beach and there were no beach chairs for us - we bought 2 and left them for others! Nice ones! So next guests should be set on chairs!
