Everything was wonderful! Kathy was great with communication she emailed me a list of stuff to do and everything we needed to check in and out of the condo. The condo was so clean!

We enjoyed the property and had a great time. The condo was clean and everything functioned well. Nice central location to many of the activities we wanted to do. There was a lot of sargassum on the beach, but that's obviously not the owner's fault -- there's just been a really big sargassum bloom this year that's affecting beaches up and down the Keys (seems to be worse on the Atlantic side vs. the Gulf side -- we ended up going to a Gulf side beach in Bahia Honda State Park, and it was OK).One nitpick -- the Vrbo property description says amenities include a washer and dryer, then farther down it says there's a coin-operated washer and dryer on the premises. This is a bit ambiguous and could be interpreted as saying there's a washer and dryer in the condo AND ALSO a coin-operated washer and dryer on the premises, when it's really only the latter. My one suggestion would be to revise the property description slightly to make it clear there's a coin-operated washer and dryer on the premises, but not a washer and dryer actually in the condo.Otherwise, two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Thank you for the 10/10 rating and also the recommendation about the washer and dryer. I have updated that to let future guests know that the washer and dryer are not in the condo. That was a great suggestion and I appreciate you letting us know that was not clear.

We had an amazing trip! The condo was perfect. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beach and the chairs. We loved the balcony too. Hope to return again soon

Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed including beach towels and household goods (TP, PT, soap, etc.). Mike was very nice and informative on check-in and out and things to do, places to eat. Will definitely be back and hopefully stay here again!

Very nice, clean and updated condo one of the best stocked kitchens. I’ve been in.very accessible to pool and beach. We enjoyed it very much.

The host was attentive and helpful. The condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with nice kitchen appliances and dishes. There was a pleasant water view from the bedroom balcony. Cable TV was available. The grounds and beach area were well kept, with plenty of lounge chairs, and the heated pool was also well maintained with ample seating. The location is excellent—near Sunset Beach, in a great walking area around Key Colony, close to a good biking trail off Highway 1, and easy to get to restaurants and shops in Marathon. Would stay here again!

Perfect Stay

Our time at this VRBO was really lovely. Unit was very clean and well-stocked. It's a small condo community and the beach is very private and quiet.

Great family vacation

Our stay in Key Colony Beach was wonderful. Our condo had everything we needed and we were able to enjoy ourselves with the amenities provided. The weather could have been better but our stay at Sea Aisle was great. Would definitely go back again.

The owners and HOA have done a great job with this property; our family enjoyed our time here!

The property has been well maintained and updated with modern appliances and amenities. Great for a small family with nice/quiet beaches to enjoy and relax. The owner is very helpful and great to work with.

Great place in the Keys

We had a great week in Key Colony Beach. We enjoyed the location of the condo, the beach, the recommendations for restaurants and thing to do. The condo is well equipped and well maintained and fits perfectly for a family of four.

Super clean, well stocked with essentials and many extras. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous views, lovely home! Fantastic, responsive, friendly communication. All around excellent!
