OIB Lovin’ Life – Catch rays from the beautiful open deck upstairs or enjoy shady, relaxing days on the ocean-facing covered deck. Our home is steps from the beach. Picture your days going from our outdoor pool to the ocean and back again. Our home is on the desirable west end of the island. The main floor offers a spacious open living room and kitchen floor plan ideal for family to gather. Dine together comfortably at our dining room table which seats ten and wide kitchen bar which seats six.
Five bedrooms and five full bathrooms can accommodate your family members. Two bedrooms (each with two beds) are on the main floor as well as two bathrooms. Ideal for family/friends to have privacy. The upstairs has three bedrooms (king in one, two doubles in the other two). All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Each bedroom has a smart TV with Roku.
Amenities include a private pool, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, all cookware, high chair, two booster seats, porta-crib, DVD player, ceiling fans, and secure Wi-Fi. The newly remodeled kitchen has all stainless steel appliances.

We had a wonderful week at this house! Very short walk to the beach, lovely pool with a nice combination of sun and shade with plenty of lounge chairs, well equipped kitchen, and a table large enough for our group of 11 to eat together and play games. It was nice having a bathroom for every bedroom. Larry was an excellent host, responding within minutes to our questions. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week. The house was great for our group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers. The location was perfect. An easy walk to the beach. The children’s park was also a very easy 15 min walk. Overall a great week.

We had such a great stay at Larry”s home. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There were extras like beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and even baby essentials like a pack and play and highchair. The homes furnishings were a bit dated, but everything was well maintained and clean. There was plenty of space for our group, and the house was a comfortable place to relax when not at the beach. Which is only a stones throw from the public beach access. The homes private pool and decks were perfect places to start and end our day, especially with the ocean views/breeze. Overall, we had a very nice stay and appreciated having everything we needed for our visit. We would gladly return!

We loved having each bedroom with its own bathroom. The pool was smaller than we expected, but still very nice. The puzzles all had at least one or two missing pieces unfortunately. In the dining room, lights did not work even when we tried to change the lightbulb so not sure about that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a beautiful home. Very close to the beach.

Our host was fantastic, quick replies and very helpful. Check in was smooth and property was as described. It worked well for our family of teens so each kiddo had space. Nice selection of beach chairs and toys for the kids and adults. House had everything. 10/10 we will book again.

We loved our stay here and enjoyed both the location and the amenities. Having a pool was the best!

Great stay for family
The house was excellent for our 6 night stay. Clean on arrival, well stocked, and easily accommodated our multigenerational family. It was a great location. Host was very helpful and communicative. I’d stay here again!

Great house - close to beach and had a nice pool. We really enjoyed the front porch in the early mornings and late evenings. It was very clean and kitchen had all the amenities within the description. We really enjoyed it!

Perfect location to gather
This home provided everything needed for a relaxing fun-filled weekend at the beach. Location to beach, restaurants, tourist activities is wonderful. Great host who was responsive quickly to inquiries made planning a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

July 4th Week!
Great place. Easy to get to and check in was breeze. If we needed anything the host helped promptly. His communication was prompt and quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy beach house
Great location and set up in this very cozy beach home. Spacious bedrooms with all the amenities and loved sitting on the upper deck in the rocking chairs and looking at the stars while listening to the ocean.

Great Girl’s Weekend
OIB Lovin Life is a great house for your group getaway. The owner is very responsive, the house is warm and welcoming, and in a convenient location. We loved the ocean and enjoyed the option of relaxing in and by the pool.
