Our absolute favorite place to stay! Mr. John is an amazing host, super responsive and wonderful to work with. Already planning to book our annual stay for next year here and have shared the house link with several others looking for a place in Ocean Isle!

This is our third stay at this beautiful home. We are an extended family of 10 ranging in age from 2 1/2 to a 75 year old who has recently had a stroke. The house is set up so well to accommodate this diverse group. We appreciate and make full use of the elevator, two refrigerators and two dishwashers, and the washer and dryer. Each of our three families takes a turn to cook a dinner while we are there. We never feel the need for a kitchen tool or appliance that might be missing. The family enjoys the quick and easy access to the beach through the clubhouse. After a long day on the beach we love coming back and hanging out around the pool. John is an amazing host, quick to respond and just seems like a really lovely guy. Hope we can look forward to many more years at this house in Ocean Isle!

Our family trip to the beach was such a restful and delightful experience having this beautiful rental property as our homebase. There were nine of us and the house was more than spacious for that many people. John was very pleasant and accommodating to work with. We all give it a big thumbs up!

Everything in the house was first class and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! The beds are all comfy, and the girls loved the queen-sized bunk beds with reading lights. We loved the pool and opted to have it heated. There were no pool toys, beach toys, or beach chairs available for guests, but plenty of seating in the house and on the decks. We walked to Pelican’s Perch for dinner one night and let the younger children play in the park afterward. We saw lots of dolphins and pretty sunsets during our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Really pleasant stay.

All the 9 golfers enjoyed the condo facilities, the view from the balcony and the proximity of the beach. We will definitively recommend this place to our friends (golfers or not).

Beautiful House and Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was so close to the beach and had room for four families with kids. Ocean Isle Beach is a great town and we can't wait to return.
