The house was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was not long at all. House was well stocked with all essentials. Great vacation.

We had a great stay here. The place was beautiful and clean. It was very spacious and had a lot of outside sitting options. The pool was my favorite part after sitting on the beach most of the day. The host was very responsive. We had one issue with a toilet and it was fixed immediately.

It was wonderful, hosts were kind and responsive, house was clean and very well stocked with kitchen appliances and beach/pool toys. Wonderful place to stay with family and friends.

Property was an excellent choice for our family with size of home, amenities , pool and easy access to beach. Ocean isle is a great, quiet island with plenty of restaurants, shopping and kid friendly places to go. Host was great!

Love this house!

This is our second year staying at this house! It's just a great location being so close to the beach access and that it's towards the end of the island so it feels a little more private and not crowded. Definitely will stay again!

Perfect beach rental!

Very clean property, amenities in the home outstanding. Close proximity to the beach! Kitchen very well stocked. Great family vacation property! Have been coming to OIB for 20 some years & finally found our perfect rental!

Friends vacation

We had our annual friends trip here and the house was perfect. Each family had their own room and we loved the bunk room for the kids! Loved the seating area under the house by the pool! Great location. Easy access to the beach.

Terrific beach rental

Great spot for multi-family rental. Located on quiet end of the island and a quick walk to the beach. House was well-stocked and owner is easy to work with.

Annual family beach trip

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! A short, easy walk to the beach and in a great location on the island. Very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay at the Pelican’s nest again!

Fantastic vacay

We had a great time with a group of friends that have been together 45 years. Rose’s house was just what we needed. We especially enjoyed the covered patio area at the pool.

Vacation at Ocean Isle Beach

It was a wonderful place to claim as our vacation home... Everything was very clean and only a small walk from the beach found many shells and had an awesome time...The neighborhood was great and would love to return maybe next time in late summer although we had a great time the next time would love to come when it's warmer!!!

The Perfect House

Family Beach Week 2024

This property was an absolute hit with my entire family! The home was exceptionally well equipped, and the hostess was immediately responsive regarding all queries. We are looking forward to our return trip in 2025!! This is a lovely, lovely home.

Great house in a beautiful location

Loved our 10 days at this house. It’s beautiful with tremendous amenities. The walk to the beach is three minutes onto a wonderful location with lots of space. Ocean Isle has lots to do so we really never left the island. We did rent a golf cart to make it fun to get around for the kids. Hope to come back soon to stay!

GREAT VACATION STAY

It was a quick getaway for a family wedding, so we didn’t get much time to spend on the beach, but it’s a short walk away and can be seen and heard (the waves) from the deck! The owners have just about anything and everything you can think of, available to use. I hope to go back and rent this same house in the near future
