Welcome to Rocky Point View! This cabin offers one of a kind views of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Mt. Leconte! It features a covered back deck with hot tub to soak in all of nature's wonder! The cabin features tons of beautiful hardwoods on the floors, walls, and ceilings! The cabin is only 3.5 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! The are the best views in all of the area! Come experience Gatlinburg like never before!

The Space:
Wifi and smart tv (cabin does not have cable tv so bring your smart tv login)

This cabin features some of Gatlinburg's finest views. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Mt. Leconte are right in your face! The cabin offers an experience and great feel with it's gorgeous views and hardwoods throughout! It's only 3.5 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN!

This cabin is only 3.5 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features amazing views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Mt. Leconte!

Getting Around:
Paved parking and roads all the way up.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a keurig. Bring coffee.

Hot tubs are drained and cleaned between each guest stay for sanitation and on check-in day they may need time to heat up to desired temperature depending on what time the cabin was last cleaned. Please adjust to desired temperature and standard mode upon arrival.

Preferred method of contact with host is through the website messenger and guests agree to always send any message through website messenger even if they send it by other means of contact.

Perfectly cozy!

I stayed at this cabin with my mom and 12-yr old son for 3 nights during his spring break. Upon entering my son exclaimed that "he was never leaving this cabin". It was the perfect size for our little group! We loved the deck and hot tub... the views were just as advertised, amazing! The gas fireplace was a cozy addition on a cold rainy night as we hunkered down for some card games. I think the location of the cabin is what surprised and pleased me the most. I was a little concerned that it would be too remote, but it was the perfect balance of being outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but still quick and easy to access. We found it reassuring that we could see other cabins (we weren't all alone up on the mountain!) but they were distant enough that we definitely had privacy. The roads were paved and in great condition. We absolutely treasured our stay at this cabin!

Just a perfect little cabin!

We loved our stay! Perfect location! We enjoyed the beauty of the fall and we got to see 5 bears while in the National Park! (Not at the cabin lol) it was a lifetime memory for sure! Thank you!

Better than expected!

Husband and I rented this cabin for 30th anniversary and we could not have been more pleased! Check in, check out, super easy. Cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook a couple steaks on the grill. Hot tub, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in. But the very best were the spectacular views from the deck! Watching the sunset and the sunrise on the mountains was just breath taking. Our stay could not have been more perfect!

The view alone is worth the stay!

This cabin was so cute and great for a romantic getaway. The view was even more breathtaking than the photos provided. It was exactly as advertised and perfect for a weekend stay! There is no need to even leave the cabin between the view and the hot tub. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall a great place to stay!

Spectacular Views

We loved this cabin for the weekend. Pictures do not do this cabin justice. Spectacular views every morning and evening. Top of the mountain so very private as well. We will rent this cabin again.
