AAwesome mountain living right at the base of the resort! Great summer access to trails and mountain biking right out the door! The Adventure Park is also a short walk/bus ride away in the summer! The ski resort is the first stop on the bus route, or the condo's the first stop when you're done skiing or riding! Peak 7 and Peak 8 are just a 5-10 minute walk away! A large kitchen and living area accommodate a big group! A newly remodeled shower and bathroom set this perfect location apart! This condo has lots of room to make this your base camp for Breckenridge Adventures or a Work from Home Stay. The community hot tub and sauna are located right next door! A great amenity after a big day in the mountains!
StayLTD manages several other condos in the same complex so let us find the right one for you or a larger goup can spread out in their own condos!
This property, and all Stay Living the Dream properties, is equipped with "contact free self check-in and check-out." You will be emailed a secure code for accessing the property ensuring your property is clean, and ready for your arrival.

Perfect location for Peak 8

This is perfect location to easily get to all that Peak 8 and the town of Breckinridge offers. Great communication with the owner and all amenities were as described.

Great Experience

Clean and great communication with the management. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone! Great location and close to town!

VRBO prompted a refund from the property manager

VRBO stepped in to prompt a refund from the property manager after he moved our party to a less equipped listing without receiving our explicit approval. The PM was unprofessional and unpleasant to communicate with throughout.  Context: The PM moved our party from a Sleeps 9/2ba to a Sleeps 9/1ba without receiving confirmation that was OK. I contacted him after checking in, and he said the move was due to construction at the facility, and that while the listing had one fewer bathroom, it “had an extra vanity.” He had previously emailed that there may be construction and we might need to be moved to a similar listing, which we were OK with. However, to my knowledge, we didn’t receive communication about this change as the PM consistently sent emails outside of the VRBO messaging platform. We didn’t OK the actual change, and VRBO agreed that the listing wasn’t similar, so they stepped in to request a refund from him.  After a few weeks of back and forth over email regarding the agreed upon refund amount, I called him so that I could understand a perceived discrepancy with the deposit and resolve it. We spoke for a short time, he appeared to get frustrated, and said, “I’ve refunded more than enough. You had a place to stay. If there's a difference, consider it from the time you've taken,” and ended the call.  I’m sure if we didn’t have any issues with our original booking or had a reason to contact the PM, we would’ve had a great stay. Since we did, we’ll avoid booking one of his listings again.

Audrey, Thanks again for the stay and the understanding in having to move you to another building in the complex that had hot water due to a scheduled boiler replacement. Your original reservation (which you actually had me change 2x's looking for a pool open in town then ultimately came back to the original spot.) I informed you weeks before your arrival in the change due to the boiler repairs. You found the change in location email after check in in your spam. I did in-fact give you a full refund. Unfortunately you couldn't seem to understand that the refunds were made in the same increments you booked and the difference was the cleaning fee and related taxes. Sorry there was such a break down in communication, you did call me at an inopportune time. All the best.

Served the purpose!

I think this would be a fabulous place for some college ski bums to crash in between snowboarding and drinking. :) The bed was super uncomfortable to me and my husband. We are normal sized people and we folded up in it like a taco. Also there were some stray hairs on the bedspread that made me feel like it could be cleaner. We did not have soap in our bathroom. My kids were comfortable. Good amount of space. We felt safe.

Hey thanks for the quick one night stay. I never knew about any of your concerns till now. The location is great. Sorry the bed wasn't your favorite. It's a brand new memory foam mattress so it might not be your fave but other love it. Glad your kids enjoyed the bunk beds.

Easy process renting the property. Space was just right for my family of six - some tall teenagers and it worked.
