Very nice Breck condo

This condo was perfect for our needs, and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Breckenridge. The property manager Jesse is highly responsive and great to work with.

Amazing

We had such a great time, the condo was perfect for two families of four. Close to the lifts and town. The condo literally had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Plenty of Room, Clean, Good Location

This condo had lots of room, was very clean, and was just a short walk to the lifts. Plenty of bathrooms (3). They even left us change and laundry soap for the laundry!

Perfect.

This condo was a perfect fit for my little family. Amazing location, just minutes to everything. Clean, well stocked, and the view cannot be beat. Will absolutely be back.

Great place all around!

Absolutely no complaint's! Clean, cozy, easy walk to the lift, comfy beds, great layout! We got snowed in and could not stay at the location we were at. We moved over to this location and wished we stayed there the entire time. Jesse was great! If we go back this is definitely the first place I am checking for availability!!

Great spot

This condo is within a 10 minute walk in ski boots to the Quicksilver chair, which was an important consideration. The unit is well laid-out and everything is in good condition - bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, etc. - which we value and the beds are comfortable. We would come back again to this unit.

Spring Break 2023 - Breckenridge

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we needed, and it was very convenient. The only thing we can say we had a little struggle with was the air flow, it was a little stuffy in the bedrooms, and no ceiling fans. Probably could have opened the windows to let in some cool air. We had 2 teenage girls with us, and there were a lot of their friends staying in Breck for the Spring Break holiday, so we were a little worried about how secure everything was. Would like to have a little better pillows on the beds. The girls said they loved that the owners made sure there were plenty of products available in the bathrooms. There were so many other great things about the place, so really can't complain. It was very nice. Thank you.
