This is a great property. Clean, plenty of space and, very walkable to all the great spots in historic St. Augustine. Theres a lot of glass decorations and furniture (tables) so be careful/mindful when traveling with young children but otherwise a great property. Communication was handled well too. We enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful stay we had, Carol was the perfect hostess answering any and all question we had. The place had everything we needed and was in excellent condition. We parked the car and is stayed for three days as you can walk to everything. The water pressure was a plus as it was better than home :) Thanks for a nice stay.

The house was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The downstairs living area and kitchen are very nice and spacious as well.

This house was perfect for our three day stay. Clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. A well appointed kitchen. Extra bath towels. A nice outdoor sitting area. In a neighborhood that felt quite private. Also close to town. A less than 10 minute walk to St. George Street. Six minutes to #12 trolley stop. Off street parking with room for three cars. Easy communication with the owner was a plus.

WOW!!! This has been an exceptionally great experience/vacation. Our Host has been wonderful with communication & so accommodating!!! The property is superbly located in the Historic Saint Augustine area and was the PERFECT place for our five day / 3 couples trip (3 nice Bedrooms & 3 Full Baths). Beautifully updated decor throughout the home & very CLEAN. Plenty of good parking located in the backyard for multiple cars which is a plus. In addition, there are nice local eateries & establishments within walking distance and very close to the beach. Overall one of the BEST places I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve stayed at a lot of places). Strongly recommend to anyone looking for awesome accommodations at a nice price. THANKS again Ms Carol!!!

Everything was great. Location wonderful. Easy walk to just about anything. Couldn’t find the garbage bags because they were locked up but got the code. Can’t expect any better. Comfortable for 3 couples. Thank you

Amazing Place

This was amazing spot to stay in when visitng St. Augustine. Everything was clean and comfortable for a family. It was also very convenient how all popular spots downtown were within walking distance.

Awesome location, very clean

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to great food and historical attractions, 5 min drive to everything else. Would definitely go back.
