Spacious 3-bedroom home walking distance to Flagler College, Old Town stores and restaurants. Hip Lincolnville location with beautiful courtyard space in front of house. Farmers market, Saint Augustine distillery and Ice House are around the corner. Two free bicycles provide easy transportation to all of Saint Augustine. Beaches are a short distance across the Bridge of Lions. Backyard has an outdoor table for a family dinner or small party. Private gated parking for 2-3 cars.

Birthday Getaway

6 adults stayed an extended weekend to celebrate a birthday. This house had plenty of space that allowed us to spread out and enjoy our stay. The location is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Although we didn't take advantage of any rentals, there is a bicycle/scooter shop right around corner. The gas fire pit in the front yard was an added bonus on cool nights. Carol was very quick to respond to any requests or questions I had throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful space, in the heart of downtown

This space was perfect for a family getaway. It’s right next to downtown, has a cute front yard, was exceptionally clean, and the host was incredibly accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!

Spacious with a great location.

The house has an open feel and all of the rooms are a comfortable size. It’s perfect for 6 people and all that downtown St Augustine has to offer is within easy walking distance. It was exactly as advertised.

Nights of Lights Stay

We had a great Christmas staying at this property. Some local family came to visit us, and we enjoyed having all kinds of activities within walking distance. The Nights of Lights is very close as are several museums and places to eat. The house was very clean and comfortable with nice furnishings and amenities. All three bedrooms are upstairs with two large bathrooms, and one bathroom is downstairs which is great for visitors. Overall a great experience and would rent the property again. Thanks!

Wonderful stay for our family of 5

From check in until leaving, Carol made it very easy for us to have a great stay.There were 3 bedrooms on the top floor, which perfectly accomodated our family of 5. The two bathrooms upstairs were detached from the bedrooms, so I wouldn't necessarily call any bedroom a master. Two rooms had dressers for our clothing and all had nice size closets to hang clothing and keep our suitcases. Kitchen was a great size. Kitchen table had seating for 4. We enjoyed the fire pit and lights outside. The location cannot be beat. We loved being able to park our car and walk everywhere! It also felt very safe. Loved hearing the church bells in the morning having coffee on the porch. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Location

The property is located in a great location which allowed us to walk to the historic district, many restaurants and attractions. The house was clean and very comfortable. A fire pit allowed us to enjoy the evenings with our family around the firepit. Great place for a get away.

Great house

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Super clean, spacious and very comfy beds. Great location and attentive landlady. We would definitely stay there again.

Visit for family event

We stayed here for a family event over a weekend in St. Augustine. The location was perfect for all of the activities, which were within easy walking distance. The accommodations were just what we needed.

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday with family and friends. The property was perfect for our crowd and reasonably priced. It is located within a 10 min walk of historic downtown and all it's shops, bars, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay in the Heart of St. Augustine

My wife and I traveled with some friends to St. Augustine and our time was made all the more enjoyable thanks to this incredible stay. It is located a stone's throw from the distillery and a short walk from downtown with an abundance of things to do. The property itself had ample parking for our three cars, clean rooms for all three couples, and a beautiful kitchen and living room space. If we come back, we will absolutely be looking to stay here again.

Pretty and convenient rental home.

Convenient to downtown and very clean

This home is very clean and close to St. George Street. There’s plenty of parking which was so much easier than trying to drive downtown. The bathrooms and kitchen are very nicely done. The three bedrooms are comfortable in size and comfortable. The AC worked outstanding for the hottest month of the year!

Clean and As Advertised!

We were in town for a wedding and had six family members for our stay of 3 nights. Plenty of room in the living area and kitchen. Bedroom space was a little tight but fine for us. Everything was sparkling clean and well-stocked with the basics. Location is great and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, waterfront, and historical sites. Definitely recommend!

Great location and property

The property was fantastic and had everything we needed. The location near to town was perfect - a very easy walk to everything. Good parking. Check in and check out were super easy and the host was great. Highly recommended.
