Perfect and convenient 2bed apartment, located only 25 minutes to the Big Apple. Bus stop is steps away. Apartment is a two bedroom and 1 bath recently renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay feel in style and like home. Kitchen is very spacious. Every bedroom has a TV. Bus stop to NYC is only one block away. Commute to the big apple is between 20 to 25 minutes.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

10 jours fantastiques !

Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est très agréable. Les commerces aux alentours sont appréciables. Les liaisons en bus au pied de l'immeuble permettent des allers et retours simples et rapides vers Port Authority 8è et 42è. A bientôt !

Everything was great.

Everything in the apartment was amazing. Super clean and had all the simple things you would need in a kitchen. The location wasn't bad. Si ce we weren't from around here it took us alittle while to figure our way around but once we did everything was super convenient as there was a bus stop right in front of the building.

Clean but poorly stocked - would never stay here again

Very clean inside extremely small apt - no dressers in BR's (no room to put one), neighborhood and outside of building caused some concern but no issues with noise. Would be hard to cook much - limited pots/pans - good amount of dishes/cups/glasses. Bus only runs 1/hr so planning is required. Uber $45 to Port Authority. 1/4 roll of TP and 1 extra roll for 3 woman, 5 days! Ran out on last morning and had to wait until we got to airport. Wifi is extremely slow - my older phone had no service most of time. Asked if we could come in an hour earlier than check-in, took 2 "asks" to get an OK but no key in box when we got there. Had to go outside to get service to call "Claudia". Sent "Claudia" an email night before for checkout instructions - Received at 9:00am on day of checkout - already at the airport. Those instructions do not match the instructions on the door. She did not want to respond to my text saying she had no way of knowing who she was "talking:" to even tho she had started that text on day of check-in saying the property mgr would be there shortly with the key. Would not stay here again or any property managed by Claudia.

Great location

My Family stayed here for a week. This location offered easy public transport access to NYC. We went daily and had no issues. Was also located close to American Dream mall which we went to on the rainy day. American Dream has an indoor water park and indoor amusement park among lots of other activiteis for your family.

Great place to stay to visit NYC!

We loved the location! The bus stop is just across the street and takes you right into NYC. The best time to catch a bus back is before 10:30pm. The apartment was tiny, but was comfortable and had everything we needed. Very quiet building and neighbors. We loved the old elevator too! We would definitely stay again!

Clean and convenient!

My wife and son stayed here to see lots of stuff in NYC. Very clean with anything you might need. Very convenient with a bus stop right in front of the building. Make sure you get the parking details straight. Definitely hoping this is available for our next trip!

Clean and friendly safe neighborhood

We had a lovely time here. Check in was easy, the apartment was very clean. It has a full kitchen with basic cook ware, tea kettle, toaster, plates, cups, mugs, microwave, and small coffee maker. We had to buy more toilet paper and trash bags and a large box fan. The air conditioners in the bedrooms do not cool down the living room but we made it work. The neighborhood was very safe. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close literally walking distance and the bus runs every 20min or so to new york. If you're going to the city from here walk across the street to the bus stop and ask for port authority/ new york. Most busses will take you to port authority or two and it cost 3.50 per person. The ease of transportation to the city from here was awesome. It really is like 30min to the city.

Daughter Bday Trip

This location was very convenient for us. The bus stop was right in front if the building which made it great for the long days we spent in New York. We didn’t have to walk far when we returned. There was a grocery store about a block away so we were able to get snacks for the apartment. The only thing we weren’t expecting was the no central air. Being from the south, window units is something different for us. It was a struggle sitting in the common area with no air. Overall this was a good stay.

The location was everything listed. Better to stay here than in a hotel. Great location. 15 mins to downtown. Food in the area was amazing.

Clean and convenient

Took a bit for us to figure out the bus system (even though it was all written out in the welcome sheets) but once we did, it was very convenient getting around. This place was great for our family.

Complete apartment with kitchen close to NYC

Super clean private apartment with full kitchen close to NYC. We were running early and the host called the cleaner and let us drop off our luggage; that was a huge help. Apartment was cozy, warm and overall quiet. It was right on the bus route with the jitneys running every 5-10mins and the city bus every hour. Drops off at 40th and 8th near the subway in NYC. Our family was thrilled with the beds and accommodations. Oh, check out the view from the roof is the door is open.
