Gorgeous mountain retreat! 3 queen size bedrooms, 3 bath, finished basement/game room. Sleeper sofa in basement. Sleeps 6 comfortably but 8 if include sleeper sofa. Creek side home with views of valley and pond. Walking distance to Chattahoochee River, Cool River Tubing and Zip Line park. 3 minute drive to downtown Helen, Ga. Perfectly centered, surrounded by many vineyards, wineries and breweries. Private, quiet and relaxing! Feel of a treehouse, comfort of a penthouse!

House was great, looked just like pictures. The pool table and extra bathroom was a plus! The deck was large enough to sit on and watch the rain without getting wet. Enjoyed the quiet away from town, while being able to drive short distance to town. It was nice having two drive ways, so no one was blocked in. Host responded quickly to any questions I had.

Family Weekend Trip

Check-in was very simple and easy. Kitchen was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed having the Keurig.This place was very peaceful. It was not too close to the next neighbor. We saw a bear, which we thought was awesome! We loved hearing the stream while spending time on the back porch. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Was a perfect stay and thankfully owner left exact notes to get to property since wasnt marked in any way was a little difficult to find but was able to narrow it down due to instructions

Close to town

This is a perfect place when visiting Helen Ga. So close to town and friendly owners. We loved this place.

Happy time at Happy Hollow Getaway

Pleasant stay with great accommodations and beautiful surroundings. Host Kim always assessable and quick to respond back. Lots of privacy away from busy town but near to. Loved it, would recommend this little piece of Paradice to anyone.

Mountain retreat

Wonderful cabin nestled under a canopy of trees - perfect retreat for our family after spending the day in Helen. The covered deck with porch swing and rocking chairs was a great place to relax and take in the beauty of the mountains!

Quiet and peaceful

Our family of 6 loved the cabin. Very peaceful. Kids loved the pool table (cue sticks could use updated). It is a one lane road to cabin and steep driveway. Kitchen well equipped with everything you could possibly want. Well stocked with towels (could use updating). Overall great quiet place to stay.

Spring Break 2024

Overall our stay at Happy Hollow was great. Very close to Helen. Had everything we needed to cook our meals. Very quiet. The neighbor has dogs but they never bothered us with their barking. Very nice location. Would recommend!

Fabulous pre thanksgiving break with family from all over the world!

We had a wonderful time! Very quiet and secluded location. Very clean, lots of towels, soap, washer liquid. Plenty of spare bedding, (**if you are using the sofa bed there is a mattress topper in the wardrobe on the first floor! We only found it when we checked out!! But our son was fine without it!) We enjoyed sitting on the decking and the swing. We had a fabulous time playing snooker! It is very quiet and you really you are in a mountain cabin! It’s very close to Helen, which is perfect! We had a lovely time! The pictures DO NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE! We would 100% return! Thank you!

Very nice home

Four friends gathering for a ladies weekend. The home was very nicely furnished and plenty of room for all of us. Check in was easy and everything was as listed. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed our visit and the area. 5 minute drive to Helen.

Loved it!

The property was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. It is less than five minutes from Helen and all the local attractions, but you feel like you are miles and miles away. Very peaceful. We were there in October, and the fall leaves colors were amazing.
