Great location, nice place, a bit sparse compared to other rentals we have had on kitch and bathroom amenities but not a big deal, overall a very nice place.

We really enjoyed our time here. It was so close to everything!!! It was like saying in a tree house surrounded by the beautiful Georgia mountains!

My family's stay was great. Location to downtown Helen was a short car ride. The back decks off the kitchen and master bedroom had nice views and Innsbruck is a quiet neighborhood. House has all the amenities you'd need to feel at home. Coffee maker, dishwasher, pots and pans to prepare food, washer/dryer. The house was spacious enough for 6 people. We had been to Helen previously, so we knew how easily we would be able to access restaurants and other places from this Innsbruck house. Anna Ruby Falls is an awesome hike with great scenery, and you can easily catch a German/Bavarian restaurant on the way back to the house. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay for a weekend- kitchen was stocked with everything you need if you are going to cook-views of the mountains were gorgeous

Brought the kids for a fall break getaway. My wife is a bit of a clean freak, so immediately she noticed things when we came in. We were told the cleaners were late, so it wasn’t ready at the 3pm check in. Apparently, they didn’t do much when they showed up. The dining room table was dirty, air return was FILTHY. Decks were not clean, a couple light bulbs not working, etc. I’ve definitely stayed in worse places. But it’s an older place, and it was just a little underwhelming. I will say the AC works great, so that was a plus. Overall, I wouldn’t book this place again, but it was OK.

Cabin was simply perfect! Great location. Awesome views. Will definitely book again. Only only only 1 minor thing… the frig… super cute, loved it, BUT can’t store a lot.

Awesome place. We will be coming back since we only did a few trails. We walked every time we went to the main st. Kids loved it. They kept asking me why their hips and calves were hurting on the first 2 days. LOL

Stay in Helen

Our family loves Helen and took full advantage of being so close to downtown. There are so many nice hikes in the area and coming home to this home was cozy and convenient.

The host is very welcoming and helpful. He answered all my questions promptly. The cabin was a nice cozy little cabin, it was well furnished and comfy. It’s literally right next to downtown which made for super easy access to attractions. My suggestion is that if you visit this cabin arrive in the daylight, the neighborhood is very dark at night. Everything about the cabin was fantastic though!

Great location

We experienced minimal issues during our stay. The property manager wad phenomenal at communication. The location is great. My girls enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the short trip to city center to walk around. Would definitely stay again.
