Located about 6 miles from downtown Helen------Tucked away in the North Georgia Mountains, You will find "Oak Ridge" Cabin is all you will need to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday routine.This luxury cabin has hardwood exterior and tongue and groove pine interior---special windows bring the outside, inside. A massive stacked stone fireplace reaches to the sky! --fully equipped kitchen with smooth top range, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer!

Cabin was in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Beautiful property with comfy beds. A Nice screened in porch with hot tub. Private backyard. Nice decor.

Steve is a wonderful host!! Great communication!! And such a nice piece of property! The hot tub is an added bonus! We were more than comfortable during our stay. So close to everything you could want or need at this peaceful getaway. Highy recommended!! Big thanks to Steve and his family for sharing their property with us!!

We stayed 3 nights over Labor Day weekend and loved the cabin. Everything was perfect and we ended up spending more time in the cabin that we had originally planned because of how tranquil it was. It rained one day while we were there so we stayed in the hot tub and it was utter peace.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort! This place was adorable! Very cozy for sure. The driveway is a little tricky but not the worst we’ve seen. Appreciated the motion lights as we arrived after dark. GPS was spot on.

This is our second stay at this cabin and our third time renting from Steve. Everytime has been perfect. Cabin is spotless and location is just right! Love watching the deer come by the cabin!

Wonderful cabin in the woods

We really enjoyed our stay at Oakridge. Our grandchildren and son appreciated having the large room upstairs with a few toys and games to play. They enjoyed winding down at night with a movie on the TV. The wrap around porch was a hit for the girls to run around safely. The hot tub was the icing on the cake and the perfect size for 3 small children and an adult or two to ensure their safety. The bathtubs were perfect for hot showers and gave ample room to get ready for the day in the bathroom. Just a couple of observations that might help with decision-making. The outside property of the cabin has steep hills and very wooded. Also, when little feet are upstairs moving around , they can definitely be heard in the bedroom downstairs. We loved that the steps had vertical posts so the children could easily hold on to something on the way up and down the steps. The proximity to Babyland, Helen, and Unicoi State Park was super convenient.

Home away from home!

We spent New Years Eve/ Day at the cabin and it was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked so I was able to make all of our meals without having to purchase anything other than food. The cabin was very clean and organized. This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The accommodations were excellent.

Awesome Getaway cabin

Perfect getaway to Helen GA. Quiet area and everything needed was in the cabin. Enjoyed the hot tub and TV and Internet was good.

We have stayed in this cabin previously, and found it to be comfortable & beautiful. It is well decorated and has everything you need to have a relaxing visit. You feel that you are tucked away in the woods, yet only minutes from Helen.

Great getaway!

Oakridge cabin was perfect for our little family. The beds were comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for the kids. It had games and books. I loved the porch!! Communication was quick and easy. We definitely will stay here again!!

Convenient to everything!

Overall this home away from home is a beautiful place to stay. It is very convenient to all the activities that you would want to do. Steve, the owner, was very informing of the area and was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this vacation cabin.
