New home in Sienna Hills subdivision. Can sleep 20! Neighborhood pool just finished! Game room up stairs with ping pong table and pool table. New putting green in the backyard. Backs right up to Sienna Hills park that includes large soccer field, playground, splash pad, b ball court and picnic table. Brand new beds and all furniture. Two king, four queens, two triple stack bunk beds, and 1 couch beds. House has large table that can seat 12, 4 at the bar and a folding table to seat 6 more. Conveniently located 10 min from quail creek reservoir, Sand Hollow, Washington rec center, several incredible golf courses, Walmart, and restaurants.

Great communication from host, seamless check in/out. Everything was clean, safe quiet neighborhood. Overall probably the nicest Vrbo we have stayed in so far. We will definitely book this one for all of our future st George trips

BBQ was broken, pictures showed one so we planned meals around it, so that was disappointing but other than that great house great stay. Have rented this house twice now.

The house was perfect for our entire family of 20. There was plenty of space and lots for all of us to do. Swimming pool, hot tub, fun arcade games and room to play games and do puzzles. We’ve started in several larger homes with this being one of our favorites.

Awesome place to stay!

We planned a family vacation, each family had their own room. The grandkids loved the bunk room, and the game room. We will stay here again.

Golf Tournament Trip

When arriving the house was not cleaned from the previous guest. 1 phone call to the host and he had a cleaning crew come right away and make it right. They were quick and very pleasant. Other than a shower in the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom not working, everything else was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard pitting green was great entertainment for 8 guys on a golfing trip. The house was fully stocked with what we needed for a good weekend stay.

Our stay at your property was pleasant overall, and we found the bedrooms to be very comfortable and welcoming.I would like to share a few observations with the sole intention of providing constructive feedback and opportunities for improvement. I imagine you may not have the chance to visit the property very often.We noticed spider webs in a few corners of the house, and the grill was quite dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for some time. Upstairs, the carpet is torn in one area, and some of the walls are beginning to show dirt and would benefit from fresh paint or cleaning. Lastly, we saw cockroaches in the garage, which was concerning.We hope this feedback is helpful. With a little extra attention to these details, the property could provide an even better experience for future guests.

Great house for a group of friends, near a lot of golf courses with lots of activities
