Absolutely perfect

We have had a 'girls only' family reunion every year for over 35 years and we had this house for the weekend. It was absolutely perfect! The older kids liked the bigger pools and pickle ball. The littles loved the pool at the house. We were so close to Tuacahn and stores. They all want to come back soon!

We had a great time during our stay! The place was clean and well-kept, and the pool with the slide was a huge hit with us. There was a brief issue with cloudy pool water, but the host jumped on it and got it fixed right away. Communication overall was excellent, quick responses any time we reached out. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

The Santa property was an amazing place to stay with things for everyone to do inside and out. The private pool was exceptional and all the kids are already asking when we can go back.

Our fifth trip to St George area. We usually have stayed central in Washington, but this worked out fine. Nice having a Harmon’s grocery nearby.

The home needs maintenance. We had to replace the flush plug on the toilet due to no response. The downstairs needed a deep vacuuming. That is just for starters. We came home from dinner and found a dead mouse at the bottom of the stairwell. The carpets need cleaning. However, the pool was well maintained, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We won't be staying there again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we truly appreciate it. We’re very sorry to hear that parts of your stay fell short of expectations, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We weren’t aware of these concerns during your visit and didn’t receive any communication at the time, but we would have gladly stepped in right away to assist and make things right. Our team is always here to help in the moment whenever possible. That said, we’re grateful you brought these items to our attention. They are being reviewed and addressed as needed to ensure a better experience for future guests. We’re very glad to hear you were able to enjoy the pool and found the kitchen well-equipped! Thank you again for your feedback. We’re always working to improve and hope we can have you back to provide a much smoother stay next time😁
