Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you loved the property and that the spacious layout worked so well for your group. We appreciate you mentioning the water pressure as well, and we’ll be sure to pass that feedback along to our team. Most importantly, we’re glad you had such a fun stay and would be delighted to welcome you back again!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a relaxing and enjoyable seven-day stay in Santa Clara. We’re especially glad the pool was a highlight and that the home provided a comfortable place for your family to unwind and enjoy your vacation. We were happy to accommodate your extra day and are so glad you chose to extend your stay! Thank you for the recommendation, and we would love to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for mentioning that the upstairs of the home was clean and well maintained 😄 We're sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We appreciate you bringing the smoke detector and pool concerns to our attention, and we're glad we were able to address the smoke detector during your stay while continuing to work closely with our pool service team to monitor the pool area and lighting outside of scheduled services. Thank you as well for mentioning the BBQ, we understand how that could be expected. While this home does not offer that amenity, we appreciate the feedback as it helps provide clear information for future guests. We truly appreciate your stay and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an improved experience in the future!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that the home exceeded your expectations and that your entire family had such an amazing week together. It sounds like the pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and grandkids! We’re also so glad our team was able to provide quick and professional communication throughout your stay. Creating a comfortable space where families can relax, have fun, and make great memories is exactly what we hope for. Thank you for recommending the home, and we would love to welcome your family back for another memorable stay!

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re very sorry about the condition of the master bedroom bedding upon your arrival. We completely understand how upsetting and frustrating that must have been, especially after a long trip and while preparing for a family reunion. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience of having to wash the bedding yourselves and for the lack of laundry pods initially. We’re glad our team was able to bring the laundry pods the following morning, and we appreciate your understanding that this appears to have been an oversight by the cleaning team. We also apologize that you did not receive a follow-up regarding the cleaning fee and appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Despite the rocky start, we’re happy to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, multiple bathrooms, two garages, and pickleball court, and that the home ultimately worked well for your family reunion. We truly appreciate your willingness to return, and we look forward to hosting your family again! 😊

Thanks so much! We’re thrilled you all felt at home and enjoyed the space, kitchen, and pool. It’s always a joy to know our guests can relax and have fun, come back anytime!☺️
