This large, private venue is an ideal location for a family get away, golf groups, ORV enthusiasts, snowmobiling trip, snow skiing, and more. Located very close to Tree Tops and Otsego club this self contained facility has everything you need to keep your group entertained while not on the golf course, ski slopes or ORV/Snowmobile trails.
This 4,300 square foot ranch home has been newly remodeled and features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - located just outside of Gaylord. The house is located 10 minutes from Treetops Resort and Otsego club for Golf and Snow Skiing and sits on a private 10-acre parcel near the main trail head. The property is surrounded by state land that is ORV and Snowmobile accessible making it perfect for ORV or snowmobile enthusiasts. You can spend the days golfing, putting on your private green, riding or skiing while relaxing at night playing pool, shuffle board, hot tubing, etc. right on the property.
Amenities include:
* Large kitchen with seating for 22.
* Large family room with vaulted pine ceiling and seating for 8.
* Four-season entertainment room with 6-person hot tub, sauna, 8 place dining table, sitting area, and a two-sided fireplace.
* Outdoor seating on 3 patios
* Outdoor propane barbecue, Outdoor charcoal barbecue
* Lower level with a bar area, pool table, shuffle board table, retro gaming system on bar TV, Golden T golf arcade game, and entertainment area.
* TVs are conveniently located in all the bedrooms and throughout the house with free WIFI, digital streaming and TV.
* 4 of the 7 bedrooms feature a queen bed and bunk beds that can sleep 5. The remaining 3 rooms feature twin bunk beds that can sleep up to 6.

This is our second year at this house and we loved it again. This house was made for big groups. The space, amenities and cleanliness is second to none. The owner communications were excellent. Ken checked with me about our stay and quickly answered questions. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

We had a great time during our stay. The host was very informative and easy to communicate with, and the home was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was comfortable, and we truly enjoyed a nice, relaxing stay.

Booked this property over Memorial Day weekend for a bachelor trip of 20 guests. The place was very clean, spacious, jam packed with amenities, and in a great location. It sits roughly 15 minutes away from Gaylord, MI but still gives you the taste of northern Michigan that is so desirable. The owner Ken was responsive and informative, he even told us that he and his brother were the ones to build it. It goes to show how carefully and strategically they constructed everything to appeal to large group gatherings. We had a great time! Will be definitely recommending it to others as well as making an excuse to book again myself!

We stay at this property every year and have for several years now. Ken, the owner, is awesome! The whole experience has been so great. We never want to stay anywhere else.

Host did a wonderful job communicating! home is clean, and accommodating for our large group, hot tub and sauna is always an extra bonus. The snow was amazing. Trails were great, location is an easy and easy off to trails and trails for our younger ones to ride around the cabin. So enjoyed our family time in the spacious cabin. Thank you so much for hosting!

Family get away to attend a wedding in the area
Lots of things to do on the property. Also if the Northern Lights are active it was a great place to see them.

Our group of 12 golfers thoroughly enjoyed this house. Best we’ve stayed at in 40 years of playing golf in Gaylord! Owner was super and great communication.

Absolutely perfect property for our 16 person golf trip. Yard was amazing, home was clean and spacious. It was exactly what we were hoping and looking for. The host was very engaging and helpful. Beautiful land as well.
