Stay away!
Javier (the host) showed up at the front door as soon as we checked in, told us not to put toilet paper in the toilet...He wanted us to to put used TP in the trash can. Disgusting. They also have a camera in the pool/patio area and watch every move you make. My friends son (14 years old) hit the camera with a beach ball and I received a call immediately from his wife/assitant telling me I am responsible for any damage to the property. I also received this email within minutes.
"Good afternoon the child you have in the house I throw the ball to the camera and tumble it, you know that everything you break in the house you have to pay for it?"
I believe they need to disclose any use of camera's in area's of privacy, like a pool/patio area, but they did not.
The grill is a very, very small charcoal grill and the hot tub is the bathtub with a few jets. The .5 bath is in the garage somewhere behind piles of stuff. All unusable.
The inside of the house was clean and well maintined, the outside was not. I also suggest you use google maps to view the area/neighborhood to make sure its a fit for you...Good luck!
