Relax in this quiet and elegant space. Heated pool, offering amenities for a pleasant stay with the whole family or friends.( GARAGE NOT INLUDED)
You will have Access to all areas of the interior house consisting of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, terrace and pool, the entrance through the front of the house and backyard,
Everything for you EXCEPT THE GARAGE, I have a room to sleep and storage that I sometimes use, this is independent and the door that communicated with the house was sealed with a wall and completely fenced for my sole use, I do not have access to your side and you will not have access to mine. You can see my car in the grass on the left side of the property, it does not interfere with your driveway that will only be used by you along with the rest of the property.
