You will have Access to all areas of the house (everything showed in the pictures is only for you) consisting of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, terrace and pool, the entrance through the front of the house and backyard,
Everything for you EXCEPT THE GARAGE,converted studio with a long term tenant, this is independent and the door that communicated with the house was sealed with a wall and completely fenced No SHARED SPACES. You can see one car in the grass on the left side of the property, it does not interfere with your driveway that will only be used by you along with the rest of the property.
Just 14 minutes from Weeki Wachee Park, 30 minutes from the snow park, which opens during winter , 16 minutes from The Lift Adventure Park, Hernando
