No Smoking. No Pets. No Candles or open flames permitted. No more than the number of guests permitted to stay than what's on the reservation. If these house rules are broken you will be told to leave. No refund will be given. DO NOT FLUSH WIPES OF ANY KIND. You will be responsible for the plumbing bill and it's not cheap! Upon arrival proof of identity with government issued photo I.D. is required.~*~ Other than that....ENJOY your stay!

In 2002 I moved to Florida from NJ and I've never looked back. I'm a motivated self-starter and self do-er. I've got several annual rentals which I manage myself as well as these beautiful homes. If you choose to vacation here I'll be more than happy to avail myself to you as much or as little as needed!
